- The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center. - The place is beautiful. - The breakfast is varied and plentiful. - The breakfast staff are very friendly. - Parking available.

- Unfortunately, the beds are not comfortable. - The air conditioning takes a long time to cool down and does not reach the desired temperature. - The price is relatively high and does not include parking, which must be paid for separately.

We really liked the convenient location — close to the city center but still on a quiet street, which made our stay peaceful. The hotel felt safe and welcoming. We also appreciated the valet parking service, which made everything easier, and our car was well taken care of. Additionally, we were offered a membership upon check-in, which we gladly accepted — a nice touch that made us feel valued as guests.

There wasn't anything major that we dislike, but the lighting in bathroom could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

It's a Best Western, so you know the brand and what it's like to stay at one of their hotels. The hotel itself is fine, no parking on site but there is an underground parking just a few minutes away by foot at 25 eur per day. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable enough. Has all the amenities you need and also hot pot for tea. Breakfast was included and had typical Italian foods. Was good enough for a short stay. The city center and main sights are reslly just 5 minutes by foot or less, so great location.

Could be updated to make more modern.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Genoa was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the city center, and a close walk to the port and the main walking street. Grace at the front desk was incredibly helpful, especially when we were stranded at Principe metro without any taxis around. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The only downside was that the shampoo/body wash dispenser in our room was broken, causing the lid to keep falling off.

Great location to central attractions , bars,cafe restaurants of Genoa. Super comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful and we loved the hospitality given by not only the breakfast staff but the house keeping ladies as well. Both my wife and I will certainly return home with happy memories. Thank you all 👍

The limited parking but it didn’t effect out stay.

Hotel is well located, only a short distance to Plaza Ferrari, the heart of the city and walking distance to Via Garibaldi where many old palaces are located. Also walking distance to the old port, also an important attraction. Breakfast was superb.

The staff was not very communicative and at times provided inaccurate information.

The room was clean and good for 4 people, two adults with two toddlers. The hotel was near/almost in city center with paid parking available (book parking ahead of check in).

The only minus is there were almost no restaurants near by only the hotel restaurant which opens at 19 for dinner, a foccacria and a piizaria that opens at 18- not convenient when traveling with two tired toddlers :)

Very clean and well equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a hair dryer. The location is great, which is close to the Ferrari plats and trattorias and bars. The persons at a reception were very friendly and kind, told me recommended restaurants and trattorias in Genova downtown.

Excellent location in downtown. The room is not big but very comfortable. I slept very well on the big size bed. The breakfast offers wide range, even for people with food tolerance. For me it was also surprising how fast both check-in and check-out/payment was managed.

We pre-booked parking but then did not ask for it. There is so much limited space in the garage that we could look into and saw how the staff tries to park in with bigger size cars that finally we did not ask for it and used a nearby underground garage instead. It was only 2 minutes distance.

Great location on a quiet side street in the old town of Genoa. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and had a sufficient selection. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. The pre-ordered car parking space in the garage was very small, but a helpful employee parked the car safely there himself.

Our 4-member travel group had dinner in the Old Port area of Genoa. We wanted to continue the evening in the hotel restaurant with cocktails, beers and other drinks. Surprisingly, we were refused service with the explanation that the tables are only for dinner customers. The explanation that we are customers of the same hotel did not help either. Since the hotel restaurant didn't want our money, we took it to another and friendlier place. When we got back to the hotel after a while, the empty tables were still waiting for dinner customers. And those tables remained empty until the restaurant closed....
