The location was quite central. The bus stop is right across the street. The staff did not know much English but were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the AC was really good. The breakfast had the basic and necessary food that one would like to have. It's a budget hotel, so don't have high expectations.

The beds are ok for a couple of nights but not that comfortable. The toilet can be small, especially for men. It's a small room overall, but we didn't mind it. The parking is a tight place and getting in or out can be a little bit challenging. They also have a parking spot in the alley across from the hotel. It's much easier parking there than in the courtyard.

Great lokation- in the center of the beautiful Genoa, walking distance to all important and historic places to see ( The Garibaldi street with Palaces Roso and Bianco, churches, Colombo house, Oriental garden and museum, harbour). The best hotel with very good price in the hart of Genoa! All the recomendation!

Location is perfect! The hotel is just between the city center and the stadium. It is offering parking places which is very convenient. You just park the car and give the key to the staff. The breakfast was good and tasty. I have enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

If you want to use hotel parking be ready to give the keys away and trust staff with rearranging your car position when somebody is leaving. Probably the best solution considering lack of parking places around hotel. No elevator in the hotel.

We were told parking -10 euro/night and were charged 16 for some reason The parking was actually the front of the hotel, limited space very narrow and were asked to leave the car key at reception in case there is a fire. That was disappointing.

Modern rooms and bathrooms, very clean, confortable. Parking was a challenge, but the employees helped us and we appreciated its existence and, because it is a rare thing in the city.

The neighborhood did not seem friendly to me, however, we went out to eat in the evening and it was ok. One of the receptionists didn't speak English and we had a hard time understanding each other, but we managed it.

Great location, the room was nice and clean, kind staff but they're not speaking english. The food selection for breakfast was a bit poor beacuse one person is working as the recepcionist and bartender but all in all it was a pleasant experience.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was invaluable as it was very warm when we arrived. The staff were very attentive especially when I misplaced my door key card.

The location is excellent as very close to the centre .. it’s located up a hill which only takes a few minutes to ascend, however in the heat of the day it takes a bit of encouragement.

The breakfast was great. Here, I drank the best espressos I've had at the hotels. The room was super clean. The location is on a hill, but down the hill is Pasticceria Margini, where a pit stop should be great!

There is nothing I didn't like.

The hotel and the room were both very clean and comfortable. Near the city center.

The view from the room was non-existent, no fresh air. Breakfast buffet could offer a wider choice.
