Absolutely perfect position for someone who likes visiting historical centre- walking distance from Garibaldi's or Columbus's places 😊, travelling in surrounded areas- Genova Brignole bus& train station 🚌🚃, not good place for parking, shopping -Merchanto orientale around the corner, lots other different shops, visiting museums- National 2 mns walk, enjoying food- lots of restaurants near by. Comfortable beds, all worked no problem, clean and quiet place 👌👌👌

Spacious isn't the best, but we were out all day so it didn't bother. Lift size is only for one slim person working great 😃

A great central location, close to everything: the Old Town, the train station, etc. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable; it was thoroughly cleaned every day, and the lady even cleaned the blinds on the windows. It was nice to return to a clean and fresh room. The good, clean air conditioning was also perfect during the heatwave.

Excellent location, 5 minutes to the Genova Brignole train station, very clean and somewhat of a good value given that we were in Genova during mid of August, holiday season. Staff was nice and friendly. Tip: take the ground floor key just in case, as after 00:00, you cannot get in the building. We were not planning to stay out that long but it happened. After a quick call, staff was nice to accommodate our late arrival.

The receptionists were super helpful, I especially thank the person that gave me the right suggestion about bringing my child to the right hospital when she was feeling very sick.

The room was a bit dark, even with the windows fully open (but the artificial light was more than sufficient). The fresh pasta shop right next door to the hotel was so popular, that people queued outside even up to encumbering the hotel door, which made it hard to come in and out with the stroller. I suggest the hotel owners to talk to the shop owners so that they in turn ask their customers to be civil and mindful of others.

Location location location!!!! Nice neighborhood, 2 blocks from Brignole station, 3 blocks from hop on hop off bus stop. The oriental market is 1 block away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the area. The room has AC and is very clean. The staff was very friendly too. It faces piazza Colon with is very enchanted especially at night. If I get the opportunity to go back to Genoa, it will be my choice to stay again.

Excellent location very close to the old city center. Room is clean and they make cleaning service every day. Hosts on reception are very friendly and always ready to help. In a 2 min walk there is a market, with fresh fruites and veggies, local meat and cheese. Despite the fact, that area around is quite buzy, inside the room you cant see any noise. Nice place to stay and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

The hotel is centrally located an easy walk from the the Brignole train station. It is quite quiet. It is surrounded by small cafes. One cafe serves meals in the piazza in front of the hotel. There's no reason to get the optional breakfast with so many good options nearby. Hotel was basic, but very clean with great staff. It was a great base for a short stay in Genoa. Decent value for the location.

Everything was great! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was in a perfect location too.

I have to agree with a previous review, the hallway air freshener was awful. But it didn’t actually matter, you can’t smell it in the room.

Very central and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and we had a view into the piazza. The hotel is in a great location near the mercato great coffee and restaurants and also really close to the station for day trips.

Simple, very clean tourist hotel, close to the Brignole train station, Oriental Market and the fashionable XX Settembre road. Very helpful staff at the reception. One can get tea and coffee from the machines in the reception area.
