Hotel a great location just outside the main city - approx 10 minute walk to city walls/main piazza etc. Have to walk down (and back up!) 100 stairs nearby to get into town can't be helped and is fine - plus a supermarket at the bottom of the stairs Hotel clean and green which was a nice touch Air conditioning in the room very good Bed super comfy, room a bit basic but perfect for being out and about everyday, a good shower, toilet and bed is all you really need! Breakfast for 9.50 euros extra a good option to have if you dont want to go out in the heat! Reception staff super friendly and informative and all speak very good english Location 15 minute taxi drive from the airport (no Ubers or pre booking allowed) - circa 25/30 euros Checkout time 12pm very generous plus late checkout available upon purchase A lovely, traditional Italian city 8.5/10- would defintitely stay again

Breakfast menu a little basic, one or two more hot options would've been good. Great continental choice though Bottled water from hotel a little expensive but no stigma around buying outside and bringing to room

Friendly staff, room comfy and had everything we needed. Location is central and key to walk around the city. Breakfast was really good and with a good variety of food. If you have large bags, take the elevator in the street level and get into the hotel from the top cause the reception is at the 5th floor.

The hotel is really well located, in a quiet street close to the shopping street. The room was spacious, modern look (fully renovated). Despite being on the ground floor it was super quiet at night. There was a smart tv (pretty good size)to enjoy your favorite shows.

The shower was really small and it was impossible to shower without leaving the floor wet. We booked the cheapest room so probably other rooms have better showers. Breakfast was 10 eur per person which is pretty good, although it lacked fresh food (scrambled eggs were pre-cooked and pastries were the frozen kind). I would skip the breakfast and go to a nice cafe instead.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and conveniences. We loved the smart TV, which allowed us to connect our phone easily. The option to purchase snacks, drinks, travel essentials like locks, and hygiene products was super convenient. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with every need, and the 24-hour reception was a big plus. On top of it all, we received a complimentary upgrade as we were on our honeymoon, which made our stay even more special

While the hotel has many great qualities, there were a few drawbacks. Reaching some places required climbing a lot of stairs, and although there’s an elevator nearby, it’s not part of the hotel and requires payment for tourists. In the evenings, there weren’t many nearby restaurants open, and the view from the hotel wasn’t particularly impressive. However, the location and other amenities still added convenience to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at B&B Hotel Genova City Center. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Genoa has to offer. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. A special thank you to Nicolò for his outstanding support—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. His hospitality made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Genoa.

It was a great location and the hotel plus the really well priced drinks etc on the 5th floor were great. The staff were so friendly, a great stay.

This is nothing to do with the hotel, if you are travelling to Genoa and you use the subway make sure you verify your ticket at the start station, my wife and I bought a ticket and did not do this and we’re fined 84 Euros for a 4 euro ticket for two. Again this is nothing to do with the hotel but you need to know this.

- A very nice hotel, with very well-equipped rooms. I would say the standard is more like 4 stars rather than 3; I'm not sure what formal requirements the hotel is missing to be rated 4 stars. - The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, assisting with various matters. I had several issues during this trip, and they helped with all of them (e.g., ordering taxis, purchasing additional hotel services). - Good location, very close to the main points of the city, with many bars and restaurants right next to the hotel. - A varied breakfast with hot meals. - Plenty of available parking spots in the public parking zone 100 meters from the hotel.

- Slightly problematic power and light switches, but this is really a minor issue; I didn’t notice any bigger ones.

I had a GREAT experience in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful giving me good tips and answering a few questions. There's a parking space right in front of the hotel (20. per night), but you can also park for free very close, if you prefer. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice shower and bed. Good and big smartv. Literally 5 min from the center, where you have plenty of stores and restaurants. You can also walk to Stadio Luigi Ferraris, if you are up for a live football game. Finally, a good breakfast. Not super fancy, but very fair for the price (9.00 pp). I reccommend this place.

Great location yet quiet, large room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, good parking possibility, good modern design, good lighting in the room, large opening windows for extra ventilation when needed a very big plus, good breakfast for only 7E, good tv, nice hallway, good value for the buck especially the first night at 67E, cleanliness all good, nice terrace on the 5th floor, all in all very good

In spite of the many good things there where a few things that, had we stayed longer than only the two nights could have been addressed and maybe improved or maybe wil be, by the next time we come: second day bad smell in the bathroom ( moldy maybe?) but by opening the large window and the bathroom door we ventilated and it got better, the shower did not keep constant warm water, it kept getting hotter and colder every minute or so, the first evening , while still getting used to the not too wide but attached twin beds , I rolled onto the edge of the bed, upon which the beds slid apart and I fell between the two beds , it was rather funny for my wife watching, luckily no one got hurt. Yet all in all a good stay and we will come back

Friendly reception, cllean, centrally situated close to De Ferrari and Brignole,, wi fi, air condition, tv with youtube, very cheap cofffe in the bar across the building. 15 minute bus drive from Bocaddasse (bus 31).

My window was facing the entrance and in the morning there was some noise from delivery vans, if the window iwas left open for fresh air. Do not fail to leave dirty towels in the shower if you want them replaced. Thete is a note in the bathroom, but one could miss it as we did the first day..
