Excellent location… easy walk to train station, quick walk to taxi stand. About 20 min from airport. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Historic area 10 minute walk. Host very helpful with recommendations, directions, and keeping luggage before/after check in

Older building so rooms and decor a bit dated

Central, close walking distance to everything. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. We just stopped there over night and we were able to check in early which was appreciated.

It might be a bit basic for a longer stay but it was grand for what we needed.

Location was top! The cleanliness, service, and hosting are all excellent. Luca was sooo hospitable and warm!

You can hear people coming and going, which is a bit annoying during the night when there are people coming back late.

Very good location, only 10 min walk to the city centre and right at the end of one of the main shopping streets and very close to the Brignole train station. Great little café for breakfast just outside the main door. Staff at the guesthouse were super friendly and she did everything she could to help guests, from suggestion of best places to visit and eat all the way to more complicated invoice requests from employers.

Unfortunately, the bathroom in one of the other rooms had a problem which is why they started pumping water at 6:45 in the morning on a work day which was really annoying. The leak in my allocated external bathroom was not fixed even after 5 days.

Very good place to stay in Genoa. The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the beach and not far from the old town. The conditions are great. One of the best hosts I've met in my travels. Thanks Luca.

The owners were extremely helpful and polite we were really happy to meet them!!! The beautiful room in yellow tones was very clean and neat and also located in the city centre. We would definitely recommend it!

Efficient but extremely noisy plumbing drainage system.

Hotel is in a good location very near the street September XX, the room was very spacious with private bathroom. Reception is not working 24/7, but administrator very kindly greeted at agreed time.

A/C could be working better. You can not leave your luggage/backpack at the hotel after check out if you have later departure, but the service is offered at the other hotel nearby with the extra fee.
