When i read the reviews after id booked the hotel i was a little worried. There was no need to be. The room was large. The AC worked perfectly. Toilet and bathroom were fine. The host was nice and everything worked as it should. Location can't be better. Sky TV and a good size tv in the room. Great with a hot water dispenser for cups of tea.

The Service was great, a very friendly man. The room is pretty Well located in the Main street of Genua, Close to many Shops and the inner City and the haven. The Bus Stop is in Front of the Hotel. From there you can go everywhere. The room hast an Air condition, a fridge and a TV.

The bathroom ist separate and has no Air condition.

The location is good, close to all the major attractions of Genoa. Great to be able to have a cup of tea in the morning. Clean room, comfortable beds.

The window looked out to Via XX Settembre, a bustling and noisy street. It was hard to sleep there.

Great location, right in the middle of town in a grand old building. The decor and shower were a little quirky but I just found it endearing. TV had movie and sports channels. The guy was very friendly and let me drop off my bag before check in.

Wow, what a beautiful 100 years old building at the middle of the city,noise was expected anyway I wasn't bothered with it, place is super clean, the receptionist Michael was very kind and helpful, he spend time and effort helping me finding a solutions of my lost car key, the building has very positive feeling somehow it was very pleasent, next visit to Genova I woul definitely book a room again for a longer period

A wonderful stay, Micheal was so helpful with recommendations and making us feel really welcome. We would really recommend if you are staying in genoa and we will certainly use again if we come back. Aircon, WiFi, TV, super central, all great.

The location is fantastic. The building looks amazing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was fairly comfortable, very clean. The bathroom was of decent size, very clean again. There is no parking space in front of the entrance, on a very busy street, and you need to spot instructions to the hotel, as they are not very visible. But I think this is a good value for the money, all considering.

Great! Michael is kind and helpful and works hard, long days, keeping the place nice. Comfortable bed, great having a small refrigerator, and opening the shutters gives one a great feel for the Day in the Life Genoa (Genova) vibe.

What's not to like given Michael, price, what the room provides (especially a small refrigerator) and location?

The location is really good: it’s close to city attractions, cafes and, most important, the train station. Also,the room was clean, had everything necessary for 2-days stay.

Bed was 2 bad matresses together Private toilet outside the bedroom and shared sink Windows didnt have blinders but there was not much sunlight because it faced the lobby between 4 buildings
