We had a spacious room with 2 beds, adequate closet and luggage space. Amenities such as the refrigerator stocked with beverages and snacks are very thoughtful. We asked for a quiet room and received one facing an interior courtyard, so we had peaceful nights. We found the front desk staff courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast which is a good value. The location is perfect. Close to the train station and the bus plaza which makes it easy to see the city. Definitely recommend getting the Genoa City Pass plus the Transportation pass.

Bedside lighting could be improved. The room was dark in general. Also, although the bathroom is spacious, the shower box is very small, it was hard to shower without hitting the walls. And I'm not that large!

Reception desk staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel is very close and convenient to the train station. Just a few minutes to walk there. We loved walking around Genova. Hotel is very quiet, which is nice!

I would have liked it better if breakfast was an option to choose when booking on Booking.com. Be prepared, we were quite surprised to see that on a Friday night the restaurants and stores were closed down by 8:30 pm. We were looking for a place to eat and couldn’t find any restaurants open, and the markets were also closed. This would have been good information that the reception could have shared with us when we checked in because most of the cities in Europe we have visited start eating dinner later in the evening.

A minute's walk from the station and central to that part of town. We chose it as we wanted to go to Cinque Terre. An excellent base to explore Genoa even though a bit far from the port. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially with restaurant recommendations.

There was one staff member who questioned my husband as he was looking for the bathroom after a very long day at the Cinque Terre. He was mistaken for someone who had just entered the lobby off the street, but instead of asking if he was a guest at the hotel he was told to go and use the station toilets. The man was very rude and my husband is not one to complain at all, the fact that he mentioned it to me later was significant. On another matter, there were no hooks in our bathroom to hang the towels, we draped them over the door and chair.

Location - opposite the railway station, just across the street. Big and comfortable bed, a tea/coffee set including an electric kettle, a fridge with a few bottles of water, two soft drinks per person and little snacks like crackers included in the price and supplied every day, quiet nights. I slept very well. Very nice and kind receptionists, especially the gentleman working in the evenings ☺️

The bathroom - it was very small, with no window or any ventilation whatsoever. The shower cabin was also very small and had only an overhead rainshower but not handheld one. Not all sockets worked. When cleaning the room, the cleaning staff threw away some things l still needed 🥺

We were immediately impressed with the location of the hotel just across the street from the Genova Brignole train station. We were walking distance from multiple amazing restaurants and an open market you can get anything you ever needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Traditional Italian design with all the modern expectations. The coffee shop downstairs had a lot of choices for a morning drink and breakfast. It was difficult to choose. Everything was amazing though. There is a laundry mat we used. It was about half mile plus from the hotel. May have felt so far because we walked in the rain there. consumer warning: don't buy an umbrella at the first store you see with umbrella's. Everyone sells them. Go down the shopping alley you will find one for 5 euros.

Nothing. Wish we could have stayed longed to explore more of Genova.

Reception and cleaning staff are excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed Genoa and Chiavari town. Your Hotel being opposite the train station was a bonus. Thankyou.

I think a light blanket could be left in the cupboard should you need it. I could have called reception but it was the middle of the night. I found submitting this review at the end. It would not allow me to send it. Will try again, if that fails will exit this review without sending it.

Drinks and snacks from the minibar are free.

The safety deposit box is too small to hold a PC or documents.

I am satisfied with my stay, great location, clean room, friendly staff. The only complaint is the size of the bed, we did not measure it, but I think it is smaller than what is written, and the price paid is full for two people and an incredibly small bed, I think that such a bed should not be included in the offer for two people, it is ideal for one person. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was excellent. The interior of the building has exceptional Italian beauty. The hotel is literally across the street from the main train station. There is a pedestrian zone right outside the hotel with several shops.

The breakfast was overpriced. Scrambled eggs and bacon? Staff didn't wait for us to answer what we wanted. The seating area was so cold, my small pile of scrambled eggs was cold before I finished them.

Location is fabulous. Opposite rail station where trains to Cinque Terre and Portofino leave. Also location is near the Genoa coast with bus route along the coast. The room was very good, clean and comfortable. Facilities were very good with a great bistro/cafe as part of the same site. Really good for a 3-star hotel.
