A fair value for money! If you're aware of the prices on this coast, don't expect miracles from a hotel in this price range, and are comfortable with typical Italian features like vintage furniture and the vibe of neighboring windows across from your balcony, you won't have any problems. Yes, the hotel isn't new, but it's perfectly located. You'll find yourself in the heart of Rapallo. The sea is just steps away. The room and bathroom are always immaculately clean. And the most pleasant experience was the reception staff. Guests are greeted by very friendly team! Special thanks to Giovanna for her sincerity, kindness, and professionalism! We asked Giovanna for advice, and her recommendation for a place for the evening was very helpful! A future five star guest relations manager!

Only a couple of minutes walking distance from the train station. Lift to all floors. Super nice surrounding right in the middle of the old part of Rapallo, very close to the sea, the old castle, many nice shops and restaurants. Very nice staff and everything was very clean. Super nice walks along the beach and if you like to walk it is accessible to get to Santa Margerita, which has many good restaurants and better beaches, and the famous little village Portofino. There are also busses to get to these villages.

The rooms have a bit thin walls, I could hear the neighbours conversations. The jaccuzzi was cold, I would love to get into it if it was heated.

Great location near station and beach. The Staff was wonderful - particularly Joviana and also Geta - who helped us find some great restaurants. The place is older but well kept. 24 hour staff at desk. The town is not very polished, but a nice authentic place.

Breakfast was a bit low end. Bathroom door could not be opened all the way, since it hit the sink. Elevator tiny.

Excellent location, no matter the closest beach was not the best - hotel is located in the pedestrian old city zone, which is btw very beautiful! Staff was extremely helpful and kind, thank you for that!

Bathroom could have better layout, but anyway, everything was perfect!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast choices were excellent.The room was nice, very clean and well lit. The hotel location is excellent, and only a short walk from the train and bus stations.

The shower head setup required a little TLC, but it did the job.

All of the Workers were very nice, the rooftop terrace was a sweet surprise that I enjoyed, and breakfast was much better than I expected!! I was VERY happy that I could reserve parking close by!!!!!

You had to book a time for breakfast in restaurant which really seemed unnecessary No atmosphere in breakfast room Breakfast was ok Shame it let the hotel down as front desk staff were so welcoming and professional

Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly the hotel is within walking distance from the train/bus stations and a 5 minute walk from the promenade with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our room was clean slight disturbance from 8pm on as a nearby building is being renovated but as most guests up early not too annoying. Good choices for breakfast very pleasant staff in breakfast room.

Amazing location, straight down from the station and near loads of shops and restaurants. Being so near the station wS great for days out on the train and plenty of regulat trains. It's possible to walk to Portofino from here with amazing views all the way and places to stop for drinks and food on the way Lovely and quiet room. Great staff, reception, cleaners and the lady with short hair who did the breakfast was meticulous restocking the breakfast stuff and clearing tables. The room was lovely, view was of a building site but obviously that is temporary! Breakfast was simple but plenty of options to fill you up.

Not the hotels fault but we were eaten alive by mosquitoes so take repellent. We couldn't open the window because of them. Not sure the air-conditioning worked very well but we never got round to reporting it. Could do with a kettle in the room. Wouldn't stop us going again
