There was no breakfast.

The shower had a leak and water in the room under my suitcases, they have wheels so no problem, I step into the water and then realized what had happened, I dried the floor with the towel, the window curtain was wet, but damage. Was expecting hot water, but cold is okay too.

Let be honest it's not the type of the hotel you expect to be all included and other pushy things of comfort, but it's definitely the stay I'd recommend to feel yourself in the authentic Italian flat kind of stay. It's old school, it's well situated and it's absolutely clean despite of the old facilities you can find there.

Central location not too far from the station and close to the sea. From Pisa you don't need a car, very easy to take the train. I really liked the hotel, which is kept in the old one with high ceilings. Terrazzo floors. Kitchen niche where you can cook. Large terrace.

How close and near to the beach and central

The location is in the center with the sea front just around the corner, which is a big plus. Friendly young lady that booked us in. This property is for students or people who are not demanding. Ok for 1 night.

Strange room with bathroom probably built additionally in the room. No air conditioner, just a fan, which was helpful, but it was still terribly hot. The extra beds were small and the main bed’s frame was falling apart. Shower was small with some mould. So the price could have been cheaper. We just stayed one night so we survived the heat.

Location was amazing! Not the quietest but central to everything and really a 1 minute walk away from one of the beaches.

The shower in our room couldn’t close all the way, making it hard to keep water from getting on the floor, but somehow it was seeping into the main room. It soaked a few of my friends clothes before we noticed.
