checking in the staff was excellent. rooms were great, bedding great. Hotel organized a last minute boat tour that was amazing! Location is awesome, great walking to shops and bars. overall I will go there again.

the restaurant Il Salotto was a disappointment. It has a Michelin sign up so I expected excellent treatment. I know the chef, Lucca, was not there that night but still , the food was fine but the service was not. After waiting 20 mins for someone to come back to the table to see if we needed anything, I got up went to the bar and asked if someone could come as I wanted to order more wine. I did relay this to the evening manager and they were appreciative for the feedback and said they would inform Chef.

It's a beautiful place and the staff were very nice.

The small balcony - I was looking for a hotel with a balcony to sit out on but the balcony was too small for even a chair I think this should be noted. I travelled by car and unfortunately didn't get access to the reserved parking space - I was told rather to keep the place I had found (a public paying space) so it was a bit complicated to keep topping up the payments while on holiday!

The hotel was an excellent sea front property in Rapallo, a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre and Portofino. Very helpful and kind staff. We also noticed the owner there every day from early morning to late at night. He obviously has a passion for his establishment 👌🏻 breakfast was perfectly adequate. You won't go hungry! Rooms were well appointed and we had a super view out to sea.

These aren't really negatives as such so please don't let this put you off....the shower is a little small for my liking but when renovating the hotel, I guess they had to make best use of space(which they have done) Music features heavily in this hotel and at the weekends they had a DJ and fantastic live entertainment. If you need an early night, bring ear plugs 🙃 (or stay up and enjoy the fun!) Rapallo is a busy place in the summer and the main road is outside the hotel so if you need a quiet location, this hotel won't be for you...but we liked it and would return 👌🏻

Great location in Rapallo, which is a great starting point to visit Cinque Terre villages (by train) and Portofino (by ferry). Also, multiple restaurants and bars around ! We had the suite with a beautiful sea view which was a great value for money. Nothing luxurious, but absolutely does the job if you are planning to spend the day outside like we did. The staff is what made our stay perfect, particularly Francesco at the reception and the restaurant staff. Great service and amenities, better than some 5* hotels I stayed at around the world.

The mattress felt old and was not so comfortable. Parking organization but again the staff resolved it for us in the best way possible.

Lovely hotel in period building, right on the seafront and just next to pedestrian area, 15mns max on foot from the station, ferries just across the rod on the prom. Lots of eating places all around. Complementary drinks in the fridge (that's rare!) and welcome Prosecco with nibbles

The breakfast - no toaster, you had to ask for your bread to be toasted.... and wait, same for the hot drinks. TV wasn't working properly

Right from the start this hotel has been fabulous! The location is perfect, our room was stunning…twin balconies overlooking the beach!, car parking space right outside, super friendly & helpful staff who spoke perfect English (especially Mattia) delicious food & wonderful decor! Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rosabianca Boutique Hotel.

I recently stayed in this room and had an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the windows. The design of the room was tasteful and thoughtful, showcasing quality and attention to detail. Being located in the heart of Rapallo was a fantastic bonus. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh products. Highly recommended!

Location is good, city center and near the beach. Receptionists are very nice and ready to help anytime. Received a glass of proseco complimentary in the first day and also water in the fridge and some juices. Good breakfast but no fresh vegetables ( tomatoes etc).

The bathroom walls and floor looked dirty due to no recent renovations.

Very lovely front desk staff, amazing location and excellent breakfast selection. We got a room upgrade to allow us to have two beds, which was very appreciated.

We found the pull-out couch extremely uncomfortable and ended up sharing the double bed, however it was very kind and appreciated to offer the option to have two beds.

The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to the beach and the restaurants. The view is amazing. The staff is very kind. (Ielena is very helpful.) If we go to Rapallo next time, we will stay here again.
