The view of the Rapallo waterfront was superb from the wraparound balcony. The hotel was small and elegant. All the hotel reception staff knew who I was immediately and made me feel very welcome. My room was large with plenty of wardrobe space, a king size bed and it and the large bathroom were spotlessly clean. The Restaurant food was delicious and very inventive turning a number of Italian classics on their head. Restaurant staff and chefs were consumate professionals who made our dinners so memorable. Rapallo is small and lovely and the hotel’s location was outstanding, making it easy to explore the town and the Ligurian coastline, including Portofino and Cinque Terre. What a wonderful time.

I loved everything

It's a very nicely renovated hotel with amazing views at the Mediterranean in Rapallo, a small town worth a stroll with very nice fish restaurants. The breakfast was good and they have a very nice and recommendable restaurant. We got an upgrade and enjoyed a suite room, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely helpful both at the reception and the restaurant. Rapallo it's a very good base to visit Portofino by boat and also the Cinque Terre.

To make things even better, the bathroom could be improved with some additional light near the mirror, or an additional magnifying mirror.

This hotel is a gem right opposite the water and amongst all the restaurants and the atmosphere is electric. Staff is amazing could not do enough for you. We ate in the restaurant which had a Michelin star for 2025 which they are proud of while over looking the lights from all the houses amongst the hill tops. We celebrated our anniversary here and was surprised with a welcome bottle of champagne and beautiful sweets. You must book this Boutique hotel as you will luv it!! Walk 2 mins to the ferry's to take you to Portofino was a hugh bonus. Such a enjoyable wonderful stay!!!

It sprinkle rain but who can control that!!

Hotel Rapallo staff made every effort to please us. All staff we met were very friendly. The view from our room was gorgeous. The day when we reach the hotel, we felt were welcomed by inviting us to their bar, with drink and delicious Italian pastries. We arrived hotel a little early, so they gladly allowed us to deposit our luggage in their storage, so we can be free when going to Portofinal and Santa Margarita. The room were very clean, even though not very large. Looking out of windows, it was extremely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much, and if we go back next time, this will still be our first choice to stay.

checking in the staff was excellent. rooms were great, bedding great. Hotel organized a last minute boat tour that was amazing! Location is awesome, great walking to shops and bars. overall I will go there again.

the restaurant Il Salotto was a disappointment. It has a Michelin sign up so I expected excellent treatment. I know the chef, Lucca, was not there that night but still , the food was fine but the service was not. After waiting 20 mins for someone to come back to the table to see if we needed anything, I got up went to the bar and asked if someone could come as I wanted to order more wine. I did relay this to the evening manager and they were appreciative for the feedback and said they would inform Chef.

Absolutely loved this hotel and our room only there for two nights, but could have stayed a lot more. Great location to everything you want to see including the fairies that will take you into other towns. Our hotel had three balconies, which was quite a treat. The breakfast was wonderful and would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rapallo with its beautiful views and wonderful staff

The restaurant downstairs turned out to be very pricey and would not recommend that without knowing what you’re getting into other than that everyone was great

Location was amazing, wish we’d stayed longer in Rapallo. Very easy to take ferry to Portofino though to be honest we preferred Rapallo

Extreme shortage of sockets in the room the only one available was at floor level so phones etc were on the floor. No flat surfaces at all in the bedroom (only the fridge) to put anything, not even in the bathroom, the rooms watered plenty big enough to put in a side table or shelf. We were unable to efficiently place any belongings and for that reason we were probably glad we were only in the room 1 night.

It's a beautiful place and the staff were very nice.

The small balcony - I was looking for a hotel with a balcony to sit out on but the balcony was too small for even a chair I think this should be noted. I travelled by car and unfortunately didn't get access to the reserved parking space - I was told rather to keep the place I had found (a public paying space) so it was a bit complicated to keep topping up the payments while on holiday!

I liked absolutely everything ! First I can not mention how warm staff greeted us, best advises where you can go, where you may park, where you can do shopping etc. The girl on reception really is the best. About room - perfect view, all facilities, clean, warm, everything you need you may find here. And of course tasty breakfast! Really I can fully recommend to choose this place! For sure will come back later ! Thank you so much!

Firstly, the attention to detail by Ielena the guest service agent was amazing. She knew who we were on arrival and had setup the room as requested (as our stay was to celebrate a special wedding anniversary). She always enquired about our days out and how our stay was going. The view from the room was amazing and the breakfasts were equally good. A brilliant place from start to finish and highly recommend 👌.
