Staff are all absolutely wonderful, from the night porter to the daytime front of house and the cleaners. All lovely and clean. Location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the town. Amazing sound proofing and shutters for a great nights sleep.

A little tired and dark.

Position , views , we had a lovely large balcony with beautiful views . Hotel very central , convenient to most things .

The bed very hard to sleep on . The room was hot & stuffy alot if the time . We asked for the air conditioner to be turned on but it didn’t ever happen . Our balcony door was open the whole time we were in our room , except for overnight. Would have been nice to have some glasses to drink out of instead of a mug or paper cup .

Location..Location..Location ! It is in a beautiful position with great views of the bay, the marina, the town, a swimming beach at your doorstep and the Castle right in front of to you ! The room we had was well appointed with a very good, spacious bathroom and a view to the bay an marina. Having a safe in the room was greatly appreciated. The restaurants are very well located with good range on the menus and at reasonable prices.

Nothing…we would still like to be there!

The location was just by the water, close to absolutely everything. The staff were lovely, answered all my questions and were very helpful. I booked an ocean view room with a balcony, it was worth every penny. The room was clean and spacious, AC easy to control and the views immaculate. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing experience since the beginning. We call the property and they were very kind and profesional while requesting some special requests. When we arrived, they treated us like royalty. The staff, the hotel ambiance, the room and food was absolutely wonderful. Conrado was our main point of contact and it was an honor to have known him. A true lord with exceptional customer service skills and human qualities.

I liked the staff . Very friendly and welcoming. The location. Perfect. Best hotel location in Rapallo I liked the half board service … sitting on the table enjoying the evening meal in full absolute leisure. Me pressure by staff that they need the table. For me that was the best part of my stay and an luxury that wants me come back and enjoy the dinner again at this beautiful location

The lift is slow

Fantastic location right on the water just at the edge of the main strip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Older property but well maintained. Lift access with no stairs so we’re able to get our heavy suitcases to our room without any lifting which was great. We had a room at the front overlooking the water with a little balcony and the view was stunning.

Tv would come on randomly but we unplugged it because we were from overseas and did not speak Italian! Aircon issue but staff rectified this quickly. Bed was firm and pillows low but had the best nights sleep on both nights so no complaints!

Waldo and Iris were available at the front desk, throughout the day, to help with all of our questions and concerns. They are both very friendly and professional. The location in Rapallo is excellent for easy access to ferries, restaurants and shopping. I appreciated that, after our first day, I was asked via email what my first impressions were. Given the opportunity, I communicated issues with the pillows and bed firmness They immediately made corrective efforts to fix the issues and our 6 night stay was much more comfortable as a result. I also learned that it was more efficient to go to them at the front desk for any questions/concerns, as they were able to communicate clearly in many languages (for tourists like myself that don't speak or understand Italian), providing a much less frustrating experience for all parties involved.

With no fault of the hotel, the private beach was inaccessible due to a local water problem. Parking is very difficult and time consuming to find spaces close to the hotel....or anywhere for that matter. Again, not an issue unique to this hotel.

I just loved this hotel! And believe me it’s far above 3 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English very well and when I asked for a net to cover the balcony as came with a cat - they had it done the next morning. They clean rooms every day. Big enough room for one person with an amazing view and bathroom. And!! Air conditioning which worked perfectly. Thanks! The location is the best - next to the restaurants and Bagni (beaches). I do recommend!

Property was close to the castle, public swimming area, and even had its own area to sunbathe and swim. It is also very close to cafes, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. No extended parking nearby, but it’s really the location of this hotel that makes it easy to access and enjoy the sea.
