Terrific Location, right by the beach/esplanade and close to restaurants. Room was clean albeit old school. Bed was a little springy, but clean. Safe however did not lock and we requested a new one which was simply placed on top of old one not bolted down??? Parking is available right outside in the carpark for a reasonable price... however we learnt (after having our car towed) not to park there on Wednesdays as it is market day! We Stayed in 2 front facing rooms on level 1, one that also included an outdoor seating area. It would have been nice if this was clean/dust free though, and able to be used, as if it offered this as a loveley outdoor area, maybe with a couple of sun lounges etc... I would defintiely pay more for a room with this benefit. Breakfast was included and it a small buffet, but enough to choose from. We hired a boat and drove to 4-5 different locations towards portofino... highly recommended, and great swimming opportunities.

We were very happy... as mentioned above, the safe, the outdoor area, and the springy bed have room for improvement.

Fabulous location, close to beach, lovely walking locations along the promenade, shops and restaurants across the road. Loved the character of the building. Air-conditioning and elevator added to a comfortable stay. Breakfast were perfect with a great range of options, pastries were delicious. Rapallo markets on Thursday just across the road-fantastic range of market stalls. The staff, a special thanks to Emanuel were so lovely, friendly an welcoming, great advice for restaurant recommendations and travelling around, so helpful and kind.

Only a small problem, but the wifi wiuld come and go. Mosquitoes are about, and they can be annoying.

Our original room size was great and having a patio was amazing. There was no noise from outside at night. The staff were very accommodating. The location was perfect, could not have asked for better.

Unfortunately the air con in our room wasn't working so made it quite uncomfortable. The staff were so helpful and offered us a new room. The new room was awesome, but as we were now in an ocean view room it meant that we could hear more of the traffic outside at night. However, given Italy's heatwave we would take a working air con over no noise.

It was excellently located and the hotel was in good order but lacked a bit of cosyness. Room just very functonal.

The wifi was very very slow and I needed to do some important things on my computer. Breakfast choice was limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Italy but can fully understand that as inter season and few guests so need to reduce waste which I agree with.

Location excellent couldn’t be beaten for shops, station, restaurants, beach. Breakfast would have liked more variety perhaps hot food would have been nice. Room adequate but clean and comfortable. If your visiting this area then room is mainly for sleeping as there’s so many different places to visit. Staff were excellent especially Roger who worked the night shift and the hard working Egyptian lady who worked in the kitchen.

Would have liked a weather quilt and has stated some hot breakfast alternatives.Shower cubicle could have included some soap/toiletry holder. Only minor things but don’t let these put you off from staying here.

A good location to visit the center of town and the ferry terminal. Can be noisy from early traffic as it’s on the busy promenade road.

The breakfast selection wasn’t very good, very minimal,and didn’t replenish items in a timely manner. Some staff were very unfriendly.

The location was perfect! I really recommend anyone who will visit Rapallo for the first time. Since it is in center and close to the train station and beach as well. Also there was a large parking area opposite of the hotel. That’s a bonus for us. The breakfast was pretty good and sufficient. The staff were friendly.

The only negative thing about our stay was the bed. It was a double room; however they connected two single bed and it was uncomfortable.

The property is in an excellent location and close to restaurants as well as the train and bus station and also the ferry terminal for trips. The building and rooms are very clean and the staff and helpful. Plenty of good choices for breakfast.

The room was advertised as a triple room with one double bed and one single bed however when we arrived the room had a double bed and a very small sofa.

Exceptionally well maintained hotel, with very professional staff. Our room was spare, but just right. Comfortable bed (crisp sheets!), great shower and toiletries on offer, and apart from the noisy bustle of the waterfront our stay was very enjoyable. Breakfast was included and there was a really good choice on offer.

Traffic and general noise outside continued into the evening. Not surprising for such a desirable waterfront location
