This hotel has the look of a boutique hotel right on the coast however, the staff gives you the feeling that you are family staying with them. The front desk people are the best in a hospitality business. The one gentleman has been there 20 years and it shows that he cares about his guests and makes sure that they have a great stay in the hotel. The breakfast is a very good selection of fruits, vegetables, cereals, breads, and pastries. The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor and the palm trees is exceptional.

Perfect location on the seafront close to bars and restaurants. Ferry across the road for day trips and under 10 minutes walk to the station. Wonderful views from the room and the small balcony was an ideal place to watch the world go by. Hotel was modern, comfortable and very clean. Pretty fair selection at the continental breakfast and very good coffee. From arrival to departure the staff were wonderful and welcoming.

The Hotel Vesuvio was in a great location giving us a great view of the waterfront and the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and places to eat during our stay. The breakfasts were excellent.

There wasn't much wrong with the hotel. It was a little noisy at night but that was because the hotel is on the main road.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a five minutes walk from the Rapallo Train Station and the Ferries. The hotel is in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes and shops. We had a double room with sew view and a balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was the best. They were very helpful in suggesting activities and places to visit. They even checked train schedules for us. We absolutely enjoyed our four night stay at the hotel and especially loved walking and exploring the area around the hotel.

The cleaning crew did not restock the soap and we had to get it from the front desk a couple of times. Not a big deal just a minor inconvenience.

There is this 2 men always playing noisy drums infront of the hotel at night time after 8 pm till 11 pm and they made us have headache

Amazing location! 5 mins from the train and 1 min from the Ferry near all of the bars and restaurants

It is on a main road so if you are facing the street it can be a little loud at night but the balcony is worth it!

Location, helpful friendly staff, good size room, updated bathroom and good water pressure in shower.

Pillows were very hard. A lot of mosquitos came into the room because the patio door had no screen. I still have many bug bites on my face and arms. One small shampoo was provided for two people so we had to request an extra one. It's a bit overpriced but location is good.

Hotel Vesuvio is unpretentious but very good. Ideally located on the sea front, it is efficiently managed by an exceptionally pleasant team, headed by the two proprietors. We would warmly recommend it.

One or two details grated, such as the paper cups in the bathroom and a lift the whereabouts of which those such as ourselves who were on the 4th floor had no means of knowing except by listening for slight changes of sound.

Staff were delightful, extremely helpful and eager to share suggestions for getting around town, things to do etc. Room was excellent with a stunning view. Location right in the middle of town.

Very clean and also in a fantastic location! The most important asset of the hotel is their team. They are very friendly, kind and always willing to help. Also they give spot on advice on what to do, where to eat etc. We would definitely come back.

It has the expected facilities of a 3-star hotel. There was anything we did not like.
