Location was excellent- right on the front promenade and near the station with plenty of restaurants. The staff were charming and Eric was most helpful with advice.

There was no lift and my room had no view as backed onto an alleyway with the bins which were emptied in very early hours of the morning. As only stayed a few days I didn’t complain but as it was end of season and not full they probably would have changed had I asked.

The location is superb with views over the bay and only 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs as I was travelling solo. It was helpful to have a fridge in the room. There was a kettle but no utensils, crockery or anything else available in relation to making use of the kettle. I would stay here again if I was visiting Rapallo.

The hair dryer in the bathroom had a missing on/off button in the power socket in the wall with an empty hole there instead, so you plug it in and the hair dryer is immediately on. I forgot to mention this to the staff on my departure as this seems to be a hazard that needs to be addressed.

Really liked the Art Deco style of the room with wood paneling and mirrors. Very comfortable bed and extra pillows were available. Best of all was its location right in the heart of Rapallo. Convenient to all restaurants, shopping, beach, and ferries. AC was fantastic during a heat wave and they always gave us water bottles when we asked for some.

Good Wifi, but sometimes couldnt get strong enough signal to work in the room. If I went in the hallway, it was fine. But still loved the hotel!!

Right on the beachfront. Small and personal feel. The staff were very friendly. Great location and views. Breakfast had everything we could have wanted for only €5 per person.

Pillows were flat, there was only one thin blanket - it would have been cozier to have another one, but we were fine. Parking was a bit tough to find but we finally found a parking area not far away.

Perfect location at a walkable distance (5 min) from the train station and ideally situated on the beachfront! Just have to cross the street to be on the beach and to the pier from where you can get a boat to Portofino. The owner was super helpful and answered all our questions. We even got an upgrade for a sea view room and it was a real good surprise when we went into the room. Room was comfort even if it was small but we were on a one month travel with 2 big luggage’s so for a weekend or few days it’s gonna be perfect. The value for the money is great.

The location is great, the staff is very kind, and the room facing the sea is beautiful and very clean when we arrived. The hotel is facing the shore, I recommend it during off-season period as well as the summer.

The rooms might be a little noisy if the hotel is crowded or if there are some festivities outside. Especially on the first floor. The walls between the rooms are not sound proof.

The location was good, the hotel was quiet, while the room was clean, the hotel is dated and could use a facelift.

Hair dryer didn't work but was replaced after 2 requests. The shower head couldn't be adjusted without falling down. Inconvenient but could shower.

Good location, friendly personnel.good breakfast places round the corner and easy access to ferry as it was just on pear. Walking distance from railway.

As its older place the carpet makes it always bit unclean feeling. Rooms small even bed was great. Water time to time brown so need to let it flow bit before to wash hands etc.

The staff were amazing. Helpful and informative. The bed was large and very comfortable. My room had fabulous views of the harbour and was air-conditioned for hot days.

There wasnt much choice for TV or in room movies but it didn't matter with such a central and lovely location.

Great location right in the esplanade where all the food and restaurants were and behind is lots of other restaurant and shops . No noise despite being there love the aircon as well. Parking in street in front was great no limit just paid for 2 days. Waterfront.
