I was able to have breakfast even though I left the accommodation early. The hostess was efficient and friendly. It was nice to have check in from 11am. 😊

Had to wait a long time for hot water in the shower. There were several hosts in the apartment building, and there didn't read the name of the accommodation on the doors or which floor is it. It's not a big problem, but it would be nice for the customer to know immediately which floor they are going to. Earplugs are necessary, there is a lot of traffic in front of the house and of course, you may hear sounds from other rooms if you are sensitive to noise.

The hostess was lovely, very helpful and nice. The room was nicely decorated, the bed very wide and the breakfast delicious. All in all, we had a good stay.

The location was a bit off – on the map it looked like we would be staying in the middle of the city, but we quickly noticed the nicer parts of town all were to the right of the Piazza Principe. For our one night stay it didn’t matter much, but if visiting Genoa for longer I’d pick another neighboorhood. The highways outside the window were very loud and the selection of restaurants nearby was sparse.

The owner, Fulvia, is wonderful, a warm and welcoming presence to her guests. She was easily available to answer questions and address my needs. This is a real B&B, without the "Air." Breakfast was nicely set out every day. All of the entry keys worked well.

There weren't many restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel. You had to walk or take a bus or subway There were a few markets on the block, but with limited take-out options.

Loveliest owners who really care about the place and the city. The location was great, with a short walk to the main tourist parts of town but also extremely close to the bus and train stations and right across from the port. Extremely clean and well maintained and breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Genoa.

Only minor thing Internet dropped a couple times but was back quickly.

The location was very good, 10 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes from the metro and close to the harbour and aquarium. The room was spacious and the ceiling fan helped keep the room comfortable during the hot weather. The staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was more than adequate for the price.

The road noise was probably the least likeable feature especially as the hot weather necessitated the windows being open. Finding the property and gaining access before checking in was an issue. A small name plate could easily be missed and the entrance door was locked. I was unable to attract attention until a returning guest let me in..

I recently stayed at B&B Blue Home during my visit to Genoa and had a fantastic experience. The property's proximity to both the metro and bus stations made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the assistance provided by Fluvia truly enhanced my stay her helpfulness and hospitality were exceptional. The location itself is superb, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated accommodation in Genoa.

Fulvia the host was lovely, very welcoming and spoke good English. Always there to help and gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. She had breakfast ready on the table for everyone at 8 and made sure we were ok in the morning too. Showed us how to use the keys and gave us our own set.

Nothing I can fault about the host or property. We sadly went when it was raining so someones car alarm kept going off during one of the nights.

The host was very accommodating. She speaks English well and told me everything I needed to know about my stay. She also let me leave my things at their place so I could go around the city after checking out. Then, when I realised I had forgotten my suit when I checked out, so I contacted her and her daughter and they helped me retrieve it.

The only disadvantage was that the area is located outside the city centre, so there were barely any places to eat or drink in the immediate vicinity. Nonetheless, Genova is not a very big city and the centre can be reached by foot, so it didn't bother me a lot.

Extremely cosy, familial atmosphere - felt like visiting a family member's apartment, amazingly dear hostess, very good value for money, 2 big bathrooms (1x tub, 1x shower) & 1 toilet for 3 rooms, fan in the room, fridge & microwave to be used by guests

Name of the place at the address was "b&b delfino blue" - that might cause some confusion Breakfast could've been fresher (packed croissants & tarte :( but there was coffee, hot chocolate, tea, butter, jam, fruit yoghurt, boiled eggs, wholegrain toast, orange juice, milk - unfortunately no cheese, veggies,...) The windows opened onto a main street and the port - if you don't want to close the windows and mind traffic noise, ask for the room facing the yard.
