<Location> The proximity to the bus stop and train station is very good. But it doesn't seem like a safe area. The whole of Genoa seems to be an area that needs to be improved in safety. <Facility> There is no splendor, but it is very practical. All were perfect, except for the very slight malfunction of the light. The kitchen facilities were especially good, they provided thick gowns and slippers. <Service> Very friendly except for a few female employees and they did not require cleaning of dishes, though we cleaned dishes. <Price>If practicality is emphasized, it is very competitive.

Very comfortable It's close to the port, not the old town, but it was a good location for us. Small supermarket across the road and other food options Staff was very nice and helpful

The apartment is located in the Holiday Inn Hotel so there is always a reception desk. You can collect keys from there and leave the luggage in the luggage-room. Decent size rooms and good facilities such a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dish-washer, etc. The beds are also quite comfy and AC was working good as it was very warm during the summer. Good view from the apartment as you see the harbor and cruise ships. Close to the bus-stop and nearby attractions such as light-tower and beach. Lots of restaurants and super-markets nearby.

The price was quite expensive for Genoa as it was 160 Euros per night excluding the city taxes. When i checked-in, the receptionist told us breakfast was included. so next-day we did not prepare the breakfast and went to the breakfast room in the morning. To our disappointment, we were told that breakfast was not included for our apartments as we have a kitchen and we had to pay extra. breakfast is quite expensive at 16 Euros and there was not much variety either. At this price that we were paying for the apartment, we were very surprised that breakfast is not included in our package. Also there was miscommunication as different persons in the reception area gave different information regarding breakfast is included or not. The Lunch and dinner options at the hotel restaurant are quite expensive as well. Also , there was no washing machine is apartment which is a common amenity in most of the apartments and this was a business-residence. Also cleaning will not get done during your stay even if you stay for 3 or 5 nights. I think it is a very strange policy. I hope these things are improved to give a good experience for future guests.

I had to buy everything like salt and dish cleaning liquid. Entrance and getting out was complicated with the card system and the parked car. Parking was even harder and complicated and must pay 16 euro each night with the possibility of losing your parking spot while getting out to the city. Neighborhood was very dirty and all locations are far away.

Large room

Odd location, not much nearby, 20-30 minutes walk to historic center. Front desk had some helpful staff while others were not.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished.

Apartments were hard to find. Two sets of lifts separated by a maze of corridors and locked doors. One staff member was dismissive and curt when asked for assistance. Kitchen nice but poorly equipped.
