The most important quality about this place, I believe, is the fact that they accept very late check-ins (at the time of writing this review they accept check-ins until 00:00) and they respond very fast. Our flight was delayed and we missed the last train to our destination. We were lucky to find this guest house right in the middle of the city in a nice neighborhood who accepted us on very short notice at a late hour.

We just wanted a bed for the night, so nothing to complain about that, really!

Excellent location - very easy to access. In a pleasant part of town A friendly and helpful proprietor.

Bathrooms are not ensuite and shower is a bit small, but all that was as advertised and reflected in a competitive price.

The bed linen is old and shabby, the blanket has holes in some places. There is street noise until 2 am, but for me it is not critical. In the morning at 8 a.m. construction on the first floor of the building was very disruptive. The floor shook from the noise. it was unexpected

very close to the historic center, within walking distance of everything, the building is on a woderful street full of beautiful buildings, parking was 3 minutes away, coffee and croissant included at breakfast, but you have to get up early

shared bathrooms, although there are 4 of them so don't worry that you will have to wait. no air conditioning - just a fan

Great spot, big room, fun crew, nice accomodations, good feeling and lots of perks like coffee, juice and breakfast treats. Giussepe & Pietro were fun guys and made us feel welcome!

Nothing, overall great place, had to pay extra for a change that wasn't communicated in advance clearly, but not a big deal, best location and accomodation in Nother italy we found.

I really liked the location of the guest house, and the kindness of the hosts were exceptional. They were very helpful and they gave us a personalized service. 100% recommended♡

It was quite cold in the room, because we got the bigger room, and obviously it was hard to heat up such a big space.

We stayed here a month and it hurts to go. Pietro and Guiseppe are just wonderful hosts and people who just care from the heart. The location is the best place in the world. If you can get a spot here, don't hesitate. All these pictures were taken within walking distance of the hotel.

Look it's not 5 stars, but if you're willing to share a bathroom and such, this is just a wonderful spot.
