The room was wonderful. Breakfast amazing. Felt like I was staying with family.

Finding the place was not easy. Booking has the wrong address listed.

We had the two-room unit. Last year we had the one room unit. They are located in what would have been a family apartment. Both units are well appointed and lovely. The single room has an outdoor balcony with a view and a nicer bathroom. The bathroom in the two-room unit is up a steep step and there should be a handrail by the step. We kept the light on in case we needed to use it at night. There is also a second smaller room with a chaise lounge, table and closet. There was a beautiful breakfast room but unfortunately, because of a 6:00 AM flight, we were unable to enjoy it. The rooms are located in a very elegant apartment building and the elevator opens right in front of the apartment door. It is a residential area, so not much around, but it is just a few blocks from the sea. Francesca, the owner, arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us. I would recommend B&B Albero

This year we did not meet Francesca. It was fortunate that a man cleaning the front of the building let us into the lobby and the housekeepers were just leaving when we arrived to let us in. We did communicate with Francesca by text and phone. For those with heavy luggage, there is a small flight of steps from the front door to the main floor with the elevator. My fault for buying clothes, etc. that made my bag heavier.

A nice palazzo in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful bedroom, nice modern bathroom, a little adjacent room with a daybed and a small fridge with a nice selection of drinks, a sensational combination of antiques furniture and modern comfort ... a library with Art books - all of this was only topped by Francesca's gourmet breakfast and her generous hosting. We will definitely come back whenever we go to Genua. Bus stop for a trip to the historic center of Genua conveniently around the corner. Last but not least the opportunity to have a safe parking place for a small extra fee.

Nothing to improve!

A wonderful B&B in the best location in Genova. Not exactly in the middle of the center, but in the nicest area of Genova, a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. And with a short walk to the beach promenade with a lot of nice bars and restaurants and Boccadasse, a must to visit in Genova. We had the room with the balcony, a spacious and very nice room, with everything you need. Breakfast was very nice and served at the time we wished. We went to the city center by bus, which was very easy, bus 43 takes you the whole way to the center and back. Download app AMT Genova and check departure times and buy tickets there. Super easy.

We loved Francesca (the owner) she was a delightful 😊 caring,adorable lady.The accommodation was beautiful,immaculate and in a lovely area.The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and on the last morning Francesca made us scrambled eggs..we were truly spoilt 😀 The only regret I have is I wish we had stayed longer! A lovely B&B in an upscale neighborhood located just 7 minutes walking distance from colorful Boccadasse! Francesca, the owner, answered multiple questions very quickly when I wrote to her before my stay. Her breakfasts are all homemade and beautifully arranged in crystal bowls… She puts such care into it. I was on a little holiday in-between work, and she arranged a massage therapist to come to the B&B. That was an extra bonus! The bed was comfortable, the rooms bright and I will be back for sure! You can tell Francesca loves being a host, and it comes through in her warmth. 10/10

Exceptional host! Clean, spacious and air-conditioned rooms (we used the suite but the double room is just as spacious and luminous, for a couple, with a balcony to boot), nice breakfast and easy self-checkout. Host is very friendly and helpful so all in all, we recommend!

Parking space available in private area nearby BUT space is slim, don't expect to park a berline car...

The shower is not good. The host wasn’t too friendly :(

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with hand made items and plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely rebook!
