The staff were friendly. A good location with the beach, buses, supermarket + restaurants close by . Breakfast was basic but ok. Cappuccino was really good. Buy a €4.50 24 hour bus card for easy exploring. One bus ( think 36 ? goes around the hills with stunning views. Nervi + Boccadasse are well worth a visit 😎

The shower was in an awkward spot & hard to enjoy but I would stay again because I liked the location

The hotel is in a calm part of the town, close to bus stops and a train station, so you can easily reach the center by public transport (by the way the center is about 4 km on foot mainly by the sea) and you can cach a train to leave Genova to Nervi, Rapallo, Portofino. Small beaches and nice restaurants are very close behind the hotel closer to the sea. My room did not faced to road, so it was very calm. The breakfast, coffee was awsome. The staff was super nice and helpful. I am grateful to spend some time here.

I had a great experience at this small family-run hotel in Genoa. Elena the receptionist and Gabriele the owner are so kind and helpful, and because of their excellent hospitality I would give this hotel 10/10 all round. If I come back to Genoa I would choose to stay here again. The location is great, the room was very clean and the housekeeper is friendly too. And I very much appreciated having a huge cup of tea at breakfast each morning! If you like pizza, the nearby restaurant 'Pulcinella' recommended to me by Elena serves a great pizza and the house red wine is very good value too (a 250ml carafe). There is a handy Co-op over the road which sells most things you might need.

Staff extremely friendly, air conditioning in room was working fine and helpful, breakfast also good, bed comfortable. Sea, strand very close (3-5 minutes walk). Town a little more far but you can get there by bus very easily, frequent busses.

A busy street was not too far, so you are not in the countryside. But with windows closed, no issue with noise (and I am quite sensitive).

The location is great, the beach is 200 m, a supermarket 100 m away from the hotel. The bus stops right in front of it. To the center of Genova you need 25-35 minutes by bus, I think it's okay. The breakfast was good, too. I'm not used to eating sweet baker's ware for breakfast, but the pies were very very good 😊.... (There was cheese and ham/salami , too) The coffee is great 👍 The room was cleaned every day, clean towels and shampoo when needed.

I really enjoyed the pastries and coffees for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room as well as the whole hotel was very clean.

The air conditioning in my room did not work but it didn’t really matter to me since I was there for a short weekend and it wasn’t too hot. Shower was very small, but otherwise everything was great.

Noisy road.

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and with a superb view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent and had options for people with celiac disease (gluten free products).
