The staff offer a warm welcome, are helpful and friendly. Good location, convenient with a Carrefour and bakery to stock up for a journey. Car parking at the front is a bonus. I loved the fresh Genovese focaccia for breakfast! Boccadasse beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk down steps to restaurants, bars and and a little sandy bay- very traditional and pretty.

Ordering breakfast the night before, when you don’t how you will feel in the morning, although I understand it is to reduce wastage and manage customer numbers, as space is limited.

I like that they chose to do away with the buffet breakfast top avoid excess waste. No problem to order the night before & food was great A little miscommunication on the egg - I thought we were getting sunny side up but we got soft/med hard boiled egg in a cup. Lots of choices to enjoy breakfast. Staff gave great dinner recommendation & we walked not too far at all. Luckily, bc it was a severe downpour after dinner. Parking was excellent right on the premises. Very comfortable room & the shower was terrific!! They left a candy on our pillows ... how sweet 💜

I would have liked a sunny side up egg not an egg in a cup

This hotel has parking right outside the front door which was a bonus. Check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly and polite. Room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and there is a bus stop right outside the gate to take you downtown. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk which was very nice and an easy way to walk into the downtown ( 40 minute walk). Breakfast was good and nice that you order the night before to minimize food waste, great idea. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff were friendly. Parking at hotel. Great location for getting in to Genoa, bus stop just outside hotel and on way back on opposite side of street. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast was unfortunately chaotic. We all chose what to have night before and timing. However there were not enough tables and the staff especially very nice lady who prepared dishes and coffees was run off her feet. Need more staff at breakfast time. Never got our full order tho didn’t mind too much,

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, I arrived early to leave my bags so I could go sight seeing but was given my room straight away and then had opportunity to change my room for one with small balcony which was lovely. I was given very helpful directions to get bus to train station and also where the nearby restaurants on sea front were located. The following morning I was given table outside to have my breakfast which I had chosen previous evening from menu and it was really delicious.

Friendly staff. Extremely accommodating. We arrived, exhausted from an overland drive from the UK. On our arrival our husky made a run for it around the corner from the hotel. Not only did the night receptionist help find our dog, he also helped calm down my other dog. He went well beyond the duty of a warm reception. He helped LOWER my hypertension with his humane action to recover our dog. We will never forget his kindness.

Comfortable, nicely decorated room. Good position with easy walk to Boccadasse and the seafront promendade. Bus stop outside to go into the centre of Genova. We could buy bus tickets at reception. Parking on the hotel forecourt. We got the last space so make sure you book in advance for parking! Pleasant staff and nice breakfast, (you order the night before). Did not hear any street noise during the night.

Very small bathroom and no shelf space to put bathroom items. Being out of town, I think parking could be included in the price rather than an extra €10.

Amazing staff, they were incredibly helpful! My flights were cancelled and my holiday was basically a mess, and i can't immagine a better place to be than here to get organized again🥰 Highly recommended. Also its close to the little local beach of Boccadasse, which is perfect. Grazie Mille!

Very friendly staff and good location (bus stop 42 in front of hotels and 15 mn from downtown), next to Boccadasse and Corso Italia (5 mn walk), comfortable. People at the hotel are friendly and happy to give information and help. Pleasure to talk to.

Location, facilities and staff

Breakfast could have been handled better. Too many guests wanted to eat at 9:00. The evening desk person should have tried to negotiate to lessen the impact. We would have been willing to change to a different time if requested. Morning staff did the best they could but they were a bit overwhelmed.
