Each room has its private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen with utensils, mugs, plates, kettler, microwave and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious and nicely lighted for those who do their makeup. The location is a bit further from the main station, and about 20 minutes of walking from the Brignole station, from which you can catch trains to local towns, or a metro which takes you to the main central station. There is a bus stop across the apartment. The owner does not speak english, she communicated with us on italian through WhatsUp, but the google translate exists so it was not an issue. The owner is very pleasant and we can see she tries her best to make her guests feel comfortable.

Make sure you type in the address in the google maps as this apartment does not exist on the maps. We typed in San Martino Rooms and it took us to an apartment with the same name, about 800 meters further. Thankfully, the owner there understood the situation and helped us get to this apartment.

Clean and cozy room, we had towels and bathroom supplies. There is a shared kitchen with the rest of the guests. On the main road, but we had no issue with the noise.

Keep in mind that for the twin room there is a sliding door at the entrance of the room with a small lock. Doesn’t seem too strong of a door, but we had no safety issues.

The owner of this property was amazing, really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room is a good size, many communal things such as coffee, sugar & some snacks. The owner even posted my partners wallet back to him with nothing in return for himself. A true gentleman & really lovely.

Our room was clean and the view was beautiful from our balcony. The house looked better in real life than in the pictures, I swear.:) The bus stop was right next to the house, so it was easy to reach the city centre. With the other guests we shared a kitchen, which was also practical (we made lunch one day). I can recommend this house to everybody, who wants to visit Genova and wants to spend some time there.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, with fresh, crisp bed linens, a modern bathroom, and all new appliances. Overall, a very cozy and comfortable stay.

Very clean room with a double glazed window .Comfortable bed and pillows clean towel and small shared kitchen with coffee. Friendly and helpful staff . I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and spacious room with great view, exceptionally clean, had every necessity, available free water, coffee and snacks. Giovanni was very nice, he waited for us even we arrived very late, almost at midnight. Everything was great, we have a really great time in Genoa. I certainly recommend it.

Really good and clean room with a super nice host! Easy to find and close to the city centre (40 min walk, 10 min bus ride). You can park your car for free on the other side of the road. Enjoyed our stay here.

The host, Giovanni, made absolutely sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. Truly hospitable and made us feel very welcome.

Host was very helpful! He offered us his parking space and even recommended taking us to the old port because you have to walk a little bit.He was great!!!
