Even if the building was a bit old, the hotel facilities and room conditions were excellent. Everything was renovated recently from the looks of it. It is located to a convenient location, relatively close to the beach and the city centre. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day during my stay. The food in the breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of pastry, cheese, ham etc. The staff was amazing, always there to assist you and with a big smile on their face.

The rooms were a bit small. A few more hangers would be great. Also, even if the rooms are small they lack a chair so that someone can work on the small table, perhaps one that would fit under the table when not used. The elevator was quite old, but did the job. All the above were very small compared to the big picture which was very good.

This hotel provides parking (pre-booked) which is ideal as you can walk easily to the city centre in 15-20 minutes. The receptionist came outside to greet us on arrival and to wave us off on our departure. The staff were lovely and helpful with plenty of advice about the area, the tourist attractions and restaurants. The bedroom was immaculate and modern and there was plenty of choice of different foods for the breakfast,

The women working in the hotel is very nice. The room was very pretty, clean, well equipped and seemed new. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE. AC working good too. Breakfast very nice. Parking is protected and private, which is safe.

Parking is small so make sure to book ahead.

Breakfast was really good, wifi was fast and reliable. Parking was available, but we had to park outside the hotel (approx. 100m from it). However, parking at all is a problem in Genova so I was happy this was possible at all :) We asked to change our room since it was right next to the reception and it was a bit noisy - we got a better room that was better and silent. Beds were comfy and clean. Staff was nice and corteous. It is about 1km to the centre so we walked - there is lots to see on the way. The airport is about 15-20min drive depending when you try to reach it (we had a 12:30 (noon) flight on a Sunday).

There were noises at night - plumbing, engine, water, etc. We only spent one night, so it wasnt so much of a problem for us.

Well located tourist hotel, just recently newly refurbished rooms, corridors and breakfast room. Looks very decent now. Private and guarded private parking. Due to late arrival of our ferry from Sicily, we informed the hotel about our late check in, which was no issue. Friendly night receptionist waited for us and arranged for a fast and smooth checkin.

Be in time for breakfast, close to 10:00 limited offer.

The size of the room was good and breakfast excellent. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to Genoa Brignole train station. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Comfort of the room was let down by poor sound proofing. It was possible to hear the occupant of the adjacent room singing while showering at 1:00 am in the morning.

Very nice, helpful staff. New refurbished dining area, very nice, fresh breakfast. Rooms are not newest with high standard but are clean. Big plus for air conditioning- we wouldn’t survive heatwave without that. Great location, very close to beach and accessible within public transport for best city spots.

Ok hotel, clean and on good position, receptionist gave as a great recommandation from for great restaurant nearby for dinner.

We got a room next to the busy road, lot of traffic and noise even during the night (might be a problem if you are a light sleeper)

Friendly staff, modern & clean room and nice to have private parking space. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the old city center but also nearby the Corso Italia boulevard which is a good location for running without crossings/traffic lights (many runners are there).

My room had no desk and wifi/internet was unfortunately not working (after consulting with staff it is a known problem, they are working to resolve it).

Small and cosy.Parking availability with good price, pets allowed, good location and caring personnel.

Smell of chemicals in the room and brekfast had not an options. In principle, there was only bread, coffee, and yogurt. I would like some porridge or an omelette.
