I loved the old original lift that you take up to your room, so cool and authentic. The room was big and clean, furnished well with an antique modern mix of decor. Air conditioning was amazing and very needed.

There was scaffolding all around the front of the building which was a pity, seems like there was a lot of renovations happening around the hotel. The in room breakfast is a bit disappointing, could have been a bit more local / fresh.

Appartment is on 3rd floor in the block of flats in the historical building (might not be as strait forward to find it). We got instructions how to open the key locker to get the keys for your apartment via WhatsApp and it worked well. The host was very communicative and nice. Clean rooms with welcome water. Good bathroom inside the room.

The air-conditioning was not on when we arrived. It is quite loud for sleeping with having the A/C on. Parking reservation was not possible for us. We had to look for quite long time for free slot in the streets around (you can pay also by "easypark" application).

Really friendly and helpful hosting, good instructions, quick replies. Very clean room. Matched the pictures and description. Bus stop near to get to Porto Antico and the old centre quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately there was a construction site next to the place, but for us it didn't cause much disturbance, as the noises didn't wake us up, and we'd spend the daytime in the city anyway. Just made it a little bit less enjoyable to have your breakfast in the balcony😆.

Apartment was lovely and clean! Air con worked wonders due to the hot weather outside. I had to message Oscar on one occasion with a very quick response. Did not hear a peep or any noise from the other residents. Would 100% stay here again.

Didn’t have a sea view, but everything else was amazing.

The host and the lady that took care of the room were wonderful.

The room was outdated and didn’t have any place to put your clothes properly, except for an old furniture that had a moldy smell.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, we liked the style of the furniture, the view on the sea was a nice extra (though there was some renovation going on and we couldn‘t use the balcony), but it was fine for us. The staff was very helpful und very friendly. We liked really everything. The location was great. The buses were only 1-2 minutes away. In several minutes we could get to Brignole (Center) by bus. So, from 0 to 10 it is a 10. I will definitely book this apartment in case I want to go to Genova again. Highly recommend!

Not being told about the building work being taken out on the building, two of the mornings we were awoken by drilling and hammering. We were offered free breakfast but we were still disappointed with not being told.

Everything was great. Hotel manager was friendly on whatsApp. Clean rooms. There was a small problem, the wi-fi was not strong enough in one of the rooms booked. Everything else was fine!

Easy instructions to follow to get into the room; the hotel was easily accessible by a bus from the train station; room was spacious and very clean; was in a decent location to walk to many areas.

Super smooth communication and clear instructions for a late check in. Friendly, respectful, bright clean, discreet, lots of heart (authentic) and the sea out the window!
