Location was slightly further out from the central area but that no complaints as that allowed me to explore the beautiful Boccadasse. Owner made a delicious moka pot coffee in the mornings and was very kind to ensure that it was served alongside hot milk!

Fabio is a great host. Takes a lot of pride in being a host and also celebrating all that's great about Genoa. The location seems far from a lot of things but there is a stop for a major bus route right down the road. Good food options in the neighborhood too.

Very clean, tidy, nice interior. Very tasty coffee for breakfast. Very nice owner. Near the apartment there is wonderful cafe II Mortaio di Dam e Simo. The most delicious pizza that I've ever eaten.

Very helpfull host. Breakfast was served, when asked, at between 7 and 8 AM. It's a quiet neighborhood. Most places can easily be reached: Boccadasse, Arco della Vittoria, Porta Soprana, Piazza de Ferrari, Via XX Settembree, Acqua di Genova, .....

It's a 40-45 minutes (approx. 3 km) up-hill walk from the Brignole train station.

The host is very kind, room was very comfort and everything was very clean. We had very nice breakfast.
