It is a nice Hotel not very modern but still going well. We were 3 persons and got for the 3rd person , one single sofa- bed. Nice to have a little kitchinett with the necessary things..we stay only one night , there were 2 terraces and we were in one of them in the night , we enjoyed the full moon.. I reserved in advance a parking lot in the same place.but paying extra. Check -in easy as all hotels, take a little time . Good location close to lido and beach. At Boccadasse. We went walking . From my room i had a nice view to a pretty garten

we flew into Italy from abroad with plans to travel elsewhere, so we just booked it for one night. we were impressed both with the hotel and genoa! we were surprised the hotel room included a kitchenette and a mini fridge which is excellent. friendly helpful staff. there is a deal with a nearby bar to provide morning coffee/ cappuccino + a snack for 3 euro, excellent deal and nice bar, recommend you do this deal. nearby beach was a pleasant surprise! we got a spritz and enjoyed the sunset. this location is not walking distance to the old city of genoa, but the bus is pleasant, affordable and quick (20min). we enjoyed the old city of genoa, and frankly some of the best food we got in Italy was here and at affordable prices. genoa had friendly locals, we only stayed one night and part of two days, but several friendly kind older men talked at us in Italian and wanted to share what they could about with lovely city. we don't speak any Italian, but were able to gather some of what they meant. had a wonderful time here!

We had such a fantastic time staying at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal, with everything we needed nearby, and it was easy to get around. We truly appreciated the hospitality and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended – we’d definitely stay here again!

Location is very good, just 3 min from Boccadasse. The room and air conditioning are very good and clean. I did not use the parking, so I don't know how it is.

Only the bathroom is a little small, so when sitting on the WC you might touch walls with your legs. (I did and I am 1.74 m tall), but it is not so bad.

Hi, We are staying one night in this hotel. We funded this hotel in a good location. The hotel has its own parking in the backyard. In the first room, installed small kitchen with cookery. Beds are very comfortable and rooms spotless clean. We're very pleased and will recommend to our friends.

I upgraded to the apartment which was the right decision. Location was great with a good bus service to the centre of Genoa. Staff were helpful. There was some really nice restaurants really close to the hotel. We spent as much time on the coast near the hotel as we did in town.

It rained a lot in August which surprised us. Genoa central had lots of character and charm but we didnt find too much to do that interested us. There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Exceeded our expectations. Good clean and comfy. Plenty of hot water for shower. Bed uber comfy. Didn't use all facilities in the room as went out to eat but what a fab idea to cater for those that are happy to feed themselves. Fridge microwave and a little stove. To have aircon was a bonus. Secure parking was much appreciated. Can't fault this hotel . Thankyou.

Amazing room, good staff, good location close to one of the nicest city beaches in Italy.

Th only tiny thing that could improve is for there to be e way to make coffee in the “apartments”. Everything else was amazing

Loved the location...next door to a small grocery store that met my families needs for snacks, drinks, and wine! The Pizzeria was next to that. It was busy so there was no tables available. But no problem...we ordered pizza and sat out on the Rex Hotel Terrace enjoying the view while we ate our dinner. Wonderful!

The location and the terrace. Also the AC worked very well, was nice to stay in a pleasant ambiance. The bed was comfortable.

The size of the room, the cost of the parking (but good to have it anyway), a bit dated everything( you can feel that it’s an old hotel and it needs some upgrades) but overall it can work.
