Great breakfast and very kind and helpful staff. The pool was nice and the welcome drinks were great. Good location only 10-15 mins drive from lovely beaches.

There was a terrible fly infestation when we arrived. For the first couple of days it was unbearable with 30-40 flies in our bedrooms (despite having doors and windows closed). On the second last day, they called a company to come to spray because they must have had many complaints, and after that it was a bit better. The pool only opened at 11am which is quite late for a family with young kids wanting to go to the pool earlier.

The staff were brilliant. In particular Paola on reception and the girl with the very long curly hair...sorry forgot your name. The room was lovely and overall the location for us was great. Close to Porto casera and gallapoli. Definitely need car hire but really good value. Breakfast simple but tasty. We were out of season so pool too cold to use but i imagine in the summer it would be very nice by the pool bar.

This hotel was excellent. The lady at reception went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. The only reason I did not score comfort as excellent was because there was only one pillow each. We know we could have asked for more but by the time we noticed it was past 2am so did not bother. We thought there may be spare pillows in the wardrobe, which is quite common in a lot of accommodation.

Beautiful and charming place. Lovely pool area, and beautiful grounds. Fantastic employees going above and beyond

The breakfast was a little boring, with not too much stuff to choose from. The initial room we got was really small (but we got an upgrade). The premises are getting a little old, with showers not really working properly, TV seemingly from the early 00s, etc. WiFi poor at the entire grounds.

The staff at the reception, at the morning breakfast and the cleaning team is already a 5 stars. Always with an honest smile and the willingness to make your stay the best ever. The room is very spacious and perfectly in line with the spirit of a masseria. Breakfast was healthy and rich with plenty of high quality choices

the wi-fi needs a substantial upgrade in particular considering that the phones have almost no signal in the premises. The entrance from the road could benefit from a lamp in particular during the night when it's easy to miss the gate. It's a shame that the restaurnat is no longer active as the former restaurant rooms were amazing

Elegant and clean hotel

First night of our stay the room was full of flying insect. Pool towels would be appreciated. On the other hand,music at the pool was not appreciated, but can be agreed with staff.Check out hour at 11:00 when pool being opened from 11:00 exactly makes it Impossible to use it on the day of departure which is a pity.

The hotel is really nice, the staff is great - location is good.

The quality of the restaurant is mediocre

The breakfast was served at your designated table and you chose from an extensive menu. The room was excellent and spacious and very well appointed. The pool was superb and a good service from the pool bar.

Nothing to dislike about the place. You are out in the country so a car is essential.

Fantastic accomodating staff

A bit difficult arranging a taxi quick enough.

The property was atmospheric, had a nice pool and the room was spacious. It was nice to stay at a quieter Masseria instead of a busy soulless hotel. The beach club connection was great - the hotel arranged second row seats at a nearby beach club.

There was no wifi unless you sat near reception. They said a cable was broken. Being in a remote location there was also no phone service, so no way of accessing the internet or communicating with the world, which is a real problem when you are travelling and planning/communicating with future hotels and bookings as you go. The restaurant only opened for dinner at 8pm, and in our second night we discovered at 8pm that the restaurant was closed for a private function. By this time we had had a few drinks before dinner and were not able to drive to another location. Had they told us about the restaurant being closed we would have made other plans. Fortunately the chef overheard our discussion and cooked us some dinner to eat in the courtyard.
