Oh my goodness, you must stay here. Nicolo has created a peaceful, artistic haven. He and his mother are perfect hosts - communicative, helpful and the type of folks you'd like to spend time with. We can't say enough about the breakfast; we stopped in our tracks crossing into the breakfast room knocked out by the aroma of fresh baking - we raced to get our cameras to take photos of the gorgeous spread. You will be amazed. The location is perfect for exploring the Po River delta - we recommend a bicycle tour to see the flamingos and marshlands. A brilliant 2 days, we will be back.

The accommodation is absolutely stylish. Everything worked out to the last detail. Everything beautifully prepared for us and our dog. The place is in a quiet location. The owner and his parents are absolutely wonderful. Incredibly attentive and kind. All the food was fantastic. Excellent breakfast. Thank you very much for your care. We are always happy to come back. You can only be praised ♥

Everything was so fantastic that I have nothing to complain about :) I wanted to share some photo with the clients, but it is not possible to do it because of some technical reasons of this website.

Place is amazing, makes you really feel the heritage of Italy in every single detail. Decoration is really nice and the host is very friendly. Breakfast was great with fresh juice, fresh pancakes, croissants and lot of yummy stuff. I will for sure comeback again with my family. Thanks Nicolau for the experience you have shared with us!

Very cozy place with a great and extremely friendly host Nicolo. Clean and stylish rooms with everything you need, reach breakfast with various selections of food and it's possible to ask Nicolo to cook something special. The area around the hotel is nice, especially, for people who love less touristic places and willing to see the real world. The hotel has own private parking place, it's good to have a car and then you can visit many places around and even to see flamingos :) btw, if I am not mistaken the hotel has only 3 rooms - so it's not busy at all!

The owner came to welcome me and asked me what time I want breakfast and when I said I don’t need cause its to early he insisted and he made available at 5:30 which impressed me, breafast which was also really good. The rooms are clean and nice. You are welcomed with drinks and food in the room

Don't hesitate for a second about this place. Just go, and you will thank me later. Everything about Corte Zen is on a next level. Firstly, Nicolo is an incredibly nice host with whom you will communicate easily. The house is perfectly renovated with design features that you see in magazines. The rooms are cozy, new, comfortable with a nice view. You will have complimentary fruit, beverages, snacks, biscuits, tea and coffee in your room. Private parking is very convenient. For the breakfast, you will find some of the most delicious sweets, made by Nicolo's mom next door. Also, you will get some yogurt with fresh fruit, pastry with ham and cheese, eggs, cereals and many, many other things. And, yes, you will eat in the most beautiful dining room. Finaly, do not miss the opportunity to ask Nicolo about local sites. After his suggestions, we have completely changed our plans and had the most wonderful day in the delta of river Po. He will carefully explain where to go to have the best view on the flamingos that live in this area. He will also reccommend some nice restaurants, cafes, walking sites etc. I sincerely believe that, in a near future, you will have to book Corte Zen months ahead. And they have deserved it!

Super trendy and clean, comfortable, incredible homemade breakfast and the host was amazing with great recommendations about what to see and do. The property is decorated and done with amazing attention to detail

Not really a disadvantage for us, but you do need a car to get around

Amazing host, even though it was our mistake that we arrived earlier than we mentioned, Nicolo was very nice and met us without any issue. The room was stylish, clean, with properly working AC and private bathroom. Also, there was some snacks and drinks in the room included into price. The hotel is very cozy and if I am not mistaken had only 3 rooms, so you feel like you visit your relatives in Italy. The breakfast is fantastic - we had everything you could think about. Italian cuisine - eggs with potatoes, kind of sandwich with ham and cheese (sorry I really don’t remember all names), a lot of various cakes, pies, yogurts and of course espresso and cappuccino. The hotel has own private parking spots. Nicolo helped us with many things and gave us nice tips what to visit - for instance, where to find flamingo!!! and we found them. Very valuable and lovely place! Thank you Nicolo!

I know we shouldn't say the f* word, but here comes nothing: it's sooo f* amazing! Quiet little place outside of a city and scenery is superb. Beautiful rooms in artistic vintage style, very clean, peace is all around you. There's a patio in the shade for morning coffee and everyone is very friendly, molto simpatico! And the food is something else, I could live in that dinning room forever! 😁 Owners are very professional and they love what they do! 🥰 Our dog gives a perfect ten, also! Can't wait to get back!

With his passion for old furniture Nicolo has created a unique place, a very stylish accommodation with a lot of attention for details, not to forget the incredible breakfast room equipped with all kinds of antique furniture and dishes, on top of that he was extremely kind and helpful with giving parking and restaurant recommendations in Adria and Chioggia, we'd love to stay here again if we happen to be in this area again
