The hotel has a huge outside pool and a smaller inside pool with different water treatments. The water temperature was perfect and the staff was exceptional. We also ate at the restaurant which was really good. We were travelling with our child and the staff was really nice and understanding to him too. Check out from the room is at 10.00 am, but after a huge breakfast we were allowed to use the pool until 2 pm which was great. Populonia and Golfo di Baratti are close by and on our way back we took a detour to visit the old Acropolis which was wonderful.

Nice hotel with excellent pool

We spent there 4 nights and could not get a dinner in the restaurant which will be open tomorrow... Even we received 10% discount voucher for the dinner, but could not use that. The restaurant was closed for lunch as well... It is only a small thing that we could get esspresso at the breakfast from an automatic coffee maker, which is much weaker than those ones the staff prepared for us one and two years ago

Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed dinner on the property a few times and it was always good. The pool area was nice, but I wish the temperature of the water was a bit hotter. We did notice a peculiar smell at times from our bathroom, was this through the drains or something related to the thermal water? The staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

Overall, we had a good time and I would recommend it. They are a good option if you want to go to the Thermal Centre.. because it's basically there! The access to the Hotel gives also accesss to all the thermal pools, internal and external. If you want to go to have therapeutic treatments like mud, etc, then you can cross the internal road and be there, so it's very convenient (please note nothing is included there anyway).

I have to say that for being a 4 star and the requested prices, these are sub-par: rooms are basic (our terrace was nice and big but with just 2 chairs), breakfast is good, but if you are a child.. 90% sweets (I wonder elderly people do not have glicemic issues there 🤷🏻‍♂️), service ok-ish, but they only ask you the room number when you enter for breakfast, not what you want to drink (it's the little things and attentions that matter). One thing... You will find lots of complaints about the moquette in the rooms and corridor on Booking... it's there to damp the noise, so it's good!). The building is also more modern than I thought.

We enjoyed our stay. Before and after our Tuscany Trail experience it was the perfect place to stay and regenerate. The breakfast was good with variety of food choices. The lady at reception (Giulia I think) was extremely nice, helped us to change our reservation to bigger room. The hotel has the best garbage bags ever !

First night the smell in the bathroom

We spent 3 nights here in July 2023 as a base for a wedding we were attending at a different venue nearby. We booked two rooms, one for me and my wife and one for our two sons. Rooms were spacious with a very large bed, a balcony area with chairs and plenty of storage room for our clothes and luggage. Pool was great with plenty of sun loungers and chairs and the water was really deep in some sections but also had a shallow child friendly section. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, plenty of food and great coffee. While we were here, we were travelling to a nearby venue for a wedding for 2 of the days and required a taxi for up to 10 people. Taxi company provided a Minibus for us and he turned up on time every day. There's a great little bar area by the pool that serves cold drinks, beer, ice cream, slushes, crisps and sometimes sandwiches etc. There's a supermarket just down the road that you can easily walk to. There's a sports club with tennis court and a good size gym located next door that you can use for a fee. Car park is really big with plenty of parking spaces. There's not a lot going on in the area as It's in a quiet location but the facilities at the hotel are good. Richard

Only complaint I have, was that you couldn't get a sandwich or simple toasty at the pool bar while the restaurant was open at the hotel. This seemed a bit silly as our 2 sons were usually looking for some food after coming out of the swimming pool. And on more than one occasion we asked for food at the bar but there was nothing for them to eat at the bar until much later. I'd expect to be able to have a simple sandwich or bar meal whenever you wanted.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind with nothing being too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was very tasty with a good breakfast selection. Even though they were very busy due to the Tuscany trail bike event the staff were very polite and friendly and accomodating. Room and bathroom were a good size.

the rooms were great, nice view of swimming pool. Breakfast wonderful and dinners too.

the massage situation could improve. the room was too cold with air conditioning on and the light was too bright. The masseuse was late in starting and smelled of cigarette smoke.

the Hotel facilities as last year, including the pools and the dining area. The breakfast was better than last year. It's close to the terme.

The waitresses at breakfast improved, but still you get asked the room number but not what you want to drink, except once. I don't know how else to say it.. it's annoying.

Very nice people in the reception and in the restaurant. Very good breakfast with non gluten and lactose free options. Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic swimming pool area (indoor and outdoor).

Dinner in the restaurant was very good but expensive.
