Our stay at the Hotel Alpenrose was by far the best treat we could do for ourselves. We decided for it as it seemed like a cosy getaway place outside of the city rush, and in the middle of the nature - that’s exactly what we’ve got. What we were not aware of is that the hosts (owners) are so wonderful and nice, and are putting so much attention to the detail that you just have to enjoy it and feel the warmth. ♥️ Hotel is surrounded by mountains, and equipped with spa, sauna, beauty treatments, many board games, kicker, spacious parking, and warm hosts. Our room was super nice. Furthermore, spa center and saunas of many choices, and an indoor pool were provided with fruit and drinks to make the experience even better. We enjoyed massages twice, and I used two more beauty treatments - ladies were super professional at their job and it was a real pleasure (and costed much less than in Germany). Breakfast was very rich, with multiple options to choose. Dinner - what to say? It is served as a five course meal (which we were not aware of 😊) and was absolutely delicious. We are so thankful for all the treats and hospitality, are definitely recommending it to our friends and family and will for sure come back. Thank you once again! ♥️ Side note - the hotel is 30min-1.5h distance from many places such as Dolomites, Garda lake, Verona, Venice, so you can also see some other places during the day and in the later afternoon enjoy the hotel features.

You can easily end up with some extra kg-s due to an amazing 5 course dinner 😊 just a joke - it was wonderful!

The stuff is very nice and helpful. The location is traditional and nice. The parking place is right in front and free of charge.

An electric kettle in the room would be nice to have.

a small spa sets this property apart from others in the area. staff is very attentive at meals and are very able at their jobs. the spa opens at 2pm so if you stay for multiple days you need to plan outdoor activities in the morning before enjoying the pool and spa.

the basic double rooms are VERY basic. they need updating and have no fridge and are a bit cramped. our reservation sufferered a glitch so our first night was in the basic room. the hotel compensated by giving us a junior suite the second night and it was as if we were in a different hotel- refurbished, spacious room, bigger than a postage stamp tv, couch and mini fridge not to mention the bigger shower and better quality bedding. hopefully the renovations will improve the basic rooms soon.

POS: The breakfast is very diverse. Dinners are really good and in 4 courses and 1 week you never eat the same. The room is large and the bathroom is amazing. Pool and saunas are clean and you have fresh fruits and drinks available.

NEG: The rules of the spa and saunas are not clear since there are very few signs in English. Drinks at dinner are extra and you pay them when you check out so definitely ask for prices since the amount can be quite large.

We have arrived at winter time, and the pool and spa were great. Definitely recommend it when it comes to relaxation. We have also payed for the massage which was also great. We got nice new room so it was also super. Staff was really kind to us, especially Luccano who taught us how to play card game Remi and helped us in planning our trip around Dolomites.

Room was cold first two nights, but I wouldn't take it as a bad thing since the staff did everything they could until they fixed the heating. Also, there were some hair in bathroom when we arrived. All in all, little to nothing.

Excellent spa , very clean, good parking, very good breakfast.

A bit out of the way but manageable.

Our room was at the top floor in the corner, during windy nights roof makes a lot of noises

the location and view was incredible. our room was very nicely decorated and had a fab view of the mountains.

It was a marvellous stay! Hotel access is easy, we arrivedy by car from Hungary- the hotel has many pasrking lots. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruits, cakes, cold cuts, juices and bread. Wellness area was remarkably refreshing and astonishing big: huge sauna, big pool, well-equipped lounge corner for relaxing after a huge hike. I can only recommend the hotel!!! We also were lucky with the weather: had the chance to rest at the outside pool! Thanks a lot!!!! Kata
