Coffee downstairs in lobby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Didn't stay for breakfast. I liked the bed big and soft. Loved the clean hot shower with the bottles on the wall. Clean towels. The whole hotel looked clean and dusted. Would stay here again if I were traveling. Close to highway.

Hand lotion for low in bottle. Not enough soap to wash with. Yes there were two but I like more. Not enough trash cans. No lids for coffee cups in room but down in the lobby. Had a little trouble finding the hotel, maybe bigger sign right at the road.

Room was clean, spacious, and easy to control the temperature. Bed was very comfortable. Solid amenities and many plugs and usb ports for charging. Right off the highway and close to a nice little walking trail, which my dog really enjoyed. Solid breakfast for the price point! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area. Dog friendly with a minimal pet fee ($25 + tax). You pay the fee when you arrive since it’s not built into booking.com, which you have to keep in mind while budgeting.

Wish there were more food options in walking distance. The place across the street was closed so that was a bummer. Tho not something they can really fix.

The beds were comfortable and most of the staff are very nice and accommodating. A very nice man working the desk after our first night took care of our pricing issue and gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

When we booked we set it up on booking saying that we would pay when we got there rather than paying through booking itself. When we were on our way the lady working the front desk that day called asking if we needed the handicap room and if not she could transfer our stay to a regular king room. We let her know we did not need it and that's just what was available and we were perfectly fine with her changing our room since someone else might need it. When we arrived she told us the amount which was $186 more than our booking price. I asked her about it and she stated that there was a $25 accident fee for each night. Which still didn't add up since we were only staying 3 nights. I put it to rest since we got there late and spoke to someone else in the morning.

They charged us additional for pet, when we registered we included pet and two adults were quoted a price and it was more expensive than other pet friendly hotels and 35 miles from destination. Wish it was quoted correctly.

The staff was bet friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been better with more options. Thin walls and floors. We could hear the person above us walking back and forth all day and night. It was raining so the TV was out for a while.

Facilities are newer or updated. Room was generally clean, bed was comfortable and window had a nice view of the valley. Breakfast was awesome.

The floors were dirty. Not visible dirt, but if you walked around bare foot or with light colored socks, your feet got really dirty really quick. Hard surfaces need mopped more often, especially the bath. I still give this place a high rating as this is common in most hotels. With everything else being so nice, was hoping this would be better.

No complaints, Everything was perfect

Two most important things for me when staying at a hotel is the cleanliness and the friendly/helpfulness of the staff. Both are A++.

I believe the breakfast could be a bit better. The bacon was delicious. The eggs seemed like they weren't real eggs or else they have been cooked way ahead of time… Fruit wasn't fresh. But frankly--none of this was a big deal to us--i'm only answering this question honestly because it's being asked here. For reference, We ate breakfast at 7:30.

The hotel was very clean. The room was clean and spacious and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen in a long time, with a wide variety of foods.

The water temperature in the shower was barely above Luke warm.

The rooms were nice. The young man at the front desk was exceptional. His customer service was amazing.

They had an infestation of ladybugs and stink bugs. There were about 12 of them in my room on the ceiling, part of the night killing bugs.
