The location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, staff communication, staff, staff, staff and the staff. If I were able to rate this property a 20 out of 10 I would. Karen and Julia were particularly absolutely incredible! They were professional, yet personal. I had my dog with me. Just like a pick up line, she generated a good bit of conversation that ultimately brought about a good bit of personal details of our lives. Instead of feeling u comfortable, it created the exact opposite experience. It was as if I was meant to find this hotel on this specific day. These ladies are incredibly amazing and whatever you have to do, keep them! As a long time manager myself, these are the special people who build and maintain your business. They absolutely make your business and keep people coming back. I am hopeful to be one of those repeat customers myself. Olive appreciated her treats and the special attention and new friends. She was actually a knowledged as a customer as well-which is definitely atypical. Her being happy and welcomed is all the more reason for us to return.

Location was wonderful- within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Very central! I loved the ambience of the hotel too, the staff was welcoming and I appreciate them being pet friendly!

Overall, loved it a lot and would recommend! Seemed a bit pricey but I haven’t stayed in a hotel in quite some time so I’m not sure if this is on par. Did get a discount for extending our stay by one night so that was nice.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff in an awesome location. Anenities are very well maintained. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop patio has an amazing view.

There were 3 steps in our room, sleeping area below and bathroom up so the dark of night was a bit tricky. But the room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Fabulous spacious rooms. Easiest tv operation. Wireless phone chargers. Great shower. Staff was so helpful. Unique boutique hotel. Lovely kitchen sitting area in my suite.

Lots of parking but it was block away from hotel. I arrived after dark and there was harmless homeless man asking for $$$. But I am older female alone so I felt uneasy. But called the desk and the clerk came and walked with me. Might be worth it to hire security for night arrivals. Also hope they develop bar or better grab n go snack options

Great location in walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants. We stopped overnight in Danville unexpectedly and would like to come back in the future to see how much it’s changed and grown. There is a new waterfront park and condo area being built as well as a casino. Check out Me’s Burgers &Brews for a bite to eat and sit at the bar to chat with Sam the bartender! Great guy with a lot of knowledge about the area and the plans to revitalize the city!

We were upgraded to a king size suite with a living room and kitchen space on the first floor, which is one level down from the main lobby. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel has bikes you can use and a fab little courtyard which we did not get to use as we were only there for one night but I thought was a fantastic way to offer guests to explore the area and chill outside.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at the Bee Hotel.The location downtown was nice.The facility was absolutely beautiful indeed.All the staff always asked did I need anything in person or thru text.Im staying there every time I visit Danville VA.Trust me I'm coming back regular thanks you guys for and amazing welcomes sincerely 👉 Jerry Tweedy

The staff members were very friendly and. Helpful. On the first evening, they went above very grateful we had a medical emergency they calm, on point to what need to be done and reassuring. The hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone working during our stay was great with any questions we had on directions.

The reviews are correct. This hotel is a very nice place to stay in Danville VA. Don’t judge from the outside, it is modern and very up to date on the inside. A very helpful and kind staff! The breakfast is of light fare, but what you save on the room cost makes it worth it. Not the typical long hall to your room here!

Absolutely stunning hotel rich with history but modernized in an extremely tasteful way. So much natural light in our room and bed was super comfy! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything in both the room and common areas was impeccably clean and well maintained. I would stay here again and again!

Lovely room and a lot bigger then we expected.

Our room was a little difficult to find at first with the layout of the hotel. We were warned about the parking and how the lot might be a bit of a walk with luggage. That was true but considering that was really the only downside we would definitely go again. Great experience overall 👍
