Excellent customer service from the front desk staff, and the breakfast staff and we enjoy the breakfast those eggs was delicious! They had a good variety of health food for a continental breakfast. I found it very difficult to sleep at night because the The air condition unit in the room was very noise. Everynight around the same time it was either the outside air conditioning units, a brawler,, or the staff doing laundry like to drove me crazy. It sound like it was right at our headboard. We didn't sleep as well as we would have like to..

Staff was amazing! It was graduation weekend at Liberty University and the staff gave a very thoughtful speech to our son, about what a great accomplishment he was celebrating. They also allowed early entry into the gym so that we could get our workout in before needing to drive to Liberty Campus for Graduation. Breakfast was very good.

Although the breakfast was delicious, would have preferred more options to satisfy the entire family

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; complimentary breakfast was delicious; complimentary apples, cookies and beverages were greatly appreciated when snack cravings hit; room was spacious and clean; TV allowed access to a variety of streaming apps, some were even free; indoor pool was clean and heated (much appreciated during our winter stay); fitness center had a lot of nice equipment options; check-in and check-out was a breeze.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of food items to choose from. The hotel offered complimentary coffee, water, and cookies throughout the day. The location was close to the recently opened casino and other areas of interest. I compared other hotels in the area and I decided on the Hampton Inn based upon price and amenities. I was in town for one day of rest and relaxation and I was pleased with my stay.

Being greeted with a smile like an old friend. The lady at the front desk was so very nice. The room was good. It was quiet. The indoor pool was excellent. Breakfast was typical but satisfying. Though more expensive than other one-night hotels we stayed in during this 10 day trip it was definitely worth it! Highly recommend Hampton Inn Danville VA!

Wish the rooms had a k-cup coffee maker.

Shedika was an amazing front desk worker. She explained everything so well and really made us feel welcomed! Shedika was very knowledgeable of the hotel and answered any questions we had. She also greeted us the next day before leaving and showed us the complimentary breakfast.

From the time we walked in we were treated as family. Staff was so kind. Pastor Patrick went out of his way helping us get pizza and even encouraging me for my job interview. You don't see this level of kindness often. Beverly was over the top as well. Friendly and making sure we were cared for. Again just like family. Thank you for making our stay Perfect. See you again real soon.

The whole stay was great. Check in, cleanliness, the room was big and comfortable. The bed was great and comfortable. The receptionist was very nice at check out and offered us bottled water before we left. The breakfast was good and the lady that did the breakfast was very nice and helpful. I would love to come back and stay there.

Breakfast was basical Breakfast stuff. Cereal, milk, pancake, sausages and fruits.

I like it. I like the location, it's not to far from the casino.

The staff were amazing! One gentleman pulled out a pile of board games and encouraged people to stay in for a Saturday game night rather than going out for foolishness. They really set a tone to make it feel like home!

I was surprised to learn about $80 in additional charges when I checked in. I was never told what they were for. Pool is pretty small.
