My favorite part was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly, had a smile on their face, and helpful. I enjoyed interacting with them on a daily basis. This next one is odd, i loved their showerhead. There was a setting that rained down a storm, like being under a waterfall. So good. The breakfast was pretty good as well. There was a good selection to choose from. Cereals, oatmeal with some mix-ins, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon sausage, turkey sausage, potatoes, toast English muffins, muffins, pancakes, biscuits, gravy...well, you get the picture.

Simply because of the time of year we were there, the pool was not open yet. As the pool is outdoors, they had uncovered it but still had to clean and prep it for use. We completely understand, but it would have been nice.

Ice machine only works on first floor the other 2 floors it didn't work and also the latch that secured the door was very hanging on and it seems when they know that you make reservations by a 3 rd party they put you in the worst location like next to interstate or elevator that put us on the 3 rd floor next to interstate when they could of put us on the opposite side because they only had 10 rooms rented out

The highway was so noisy. So much light coming in from hallway. Bathroom door does not close all the way and did not lock. We could not get into the fist roo. We were given but were given another room.

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Reidsville! I was in town for a high school football game and wanted to stay overnight. Great little, quiet and comfortable stay! Definitely would stay again here again next time I am in the area!

The suites are roomy and very clean. I love that they have Dove toiletries! Pillows were also very comfortable with a firm and soft option.

The walls aren't super sound proof but it didn't bother us too much.

I enjoyed the cleanliness,the convenient location,and the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open.

The front desk staff is always amazing and very nice. The black guy that does the cleaning/laundry is always friendly and welcoming.

Price is expensive per night for Reidsville, NC, we found cheaper prices in Greensboro, NC. Sometimes we stay here when we have extra money, but other times we stay in Greensboro due to cheaper prices for a higher-end hotel, that is closer to attractions and restaurants. Also, the kitchen lady is not very helpful, kind of rude. I asked for a biscuit and she said she wasn't going to make more because the kitchen/breakfast closed in 15 minutes. I felt like when you're in customer service there is a nicer way that things like that can be said or you could offer something else as an alternative.
