The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly from the first moment. They treated me with so much kindness. The king-size bed was so comfortable. I don't think I moved from 1 spot all night. The breakfast was so yummy! I had one of the best veggie omelets, ever! The food was 10/10! The cleaning crew greeted me the next morning with a very cheerful, Good morning, how did you sleep? I love people who go above and beyond to be kind to others. .

I arrived a few hours before check in and when I asked if by chance the room was ready...I was able to go to my room...My room was available before check in time. The room was clean...and the room already had the air conditioning on. That's a plus in my book

The bench in front of the hotel that is destined for smokers needs a canopy to cover when it's raining.

The staff was welcoming and the cleaning crew was very friendly. They responded to all requests regarding any issues with my room.

There was a situation with the security guard asking me for my room number because he assumed that I parked at a charging station which I did not. He stated he would have to come to my room requesting that I move the car if someone pulled later and needed a charging station. He really should be trained to use a better approach.

the breakfast was good enough to kick off the day. i used the hotel to travel back and forth to high point market on daily shuttle.

the limited dining options around. after a tiring day you want to have a dinner but nothing much available within lets say 8 to 10 miles distance.

The hotel room was nicer than expected. The guy at the check in was pleasant and responsive. He brought the extra blankets that we needed; and suggested food delivery options. The food delivery options were great.

The ceiling was a bit questionable like it was a possible water issue above my room. The hotel is off the highway so it wasnt much around us besides gas stations. The food delivery options were great because there wasn't any food places nearby. The price was ok a bit higher than what I normally pay in my hometown for this particular hotel. The room was pleasant and clean. But not really spotless.

the location was excellent, right off the highway, first turn to the right, most convenient even in spite of roadway construction. The staff was excellent throughout at all times, from the front desk, through housekeeping and breakfast pantry catering. The breakfast was a delightful variety of light meal choices to a full course breakfast, excellent choices and very tasty.

Weird dead bugs near the a/c vent. Not roaches. Staff said they were lightening bugs. When I went to sweep them up one was still moving. Eww. After I mentioned to front desk they were gone. Did not see any for the rest of our stay. To get to the hotel entrance you had to make a u turn on a road under construction. Not that convenient.

Breakfast was great! All staff at this location were really nice and friendly. I would like to stay at this facility because of the friendly nature of all staff.

The hallway had a slight odor, the rooms were dated.

The door lock was broken on my hotel room door and it would not lock from the outside. It locked from the inside but only with deadbolt. There was a large gap in tje door frame that prevented locking mechanism from operating correctly. I did not feel completely secure. I am female and was traveling alone.
