The restaurant is absolutely the most delicious food I have eaten in ages and Jordan - one of the servers in the restaurants is absolutely AMAZING! They even baked us fresh chocolate cookies which were not on the menu! The rooms are large, very well and modernly decorated. Lots of amenities. The check in and check out staff were very nice and one even went out of their way to find the name of the mattress manufacturer used in the rooms because it was so comfortable and my friend wanted to order one for her house!

There is not a lot to do around the area but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

I loved that it felt upscale without being “snooty “. Staff was chatty but only when we kind of encouraged it. Tub was great! We should have planned one more day. Lol the pool was great. Hubby could go down at 8 am and he had the pool to himself. He uses it for therapy for his back.

We would have loved it more if they had an in house dos and if they had a stability ball in the gym.

Everything…we checked in because the air conditioning at home stopped working. The day had been long and taxing. Upon arrival we were greeted by pleasant staff and quickly checked in. The room was clean and cool/cold. The restaurant was open until 10pm we were able to get room service and relax. Amazing!!!

I don’t like putting trays/dishes from room service outside on the floor. I didn’t like the idea of staff bending down to get those things off the floor, seems demeaning. Small carts beside the door or collapsible carts stashed inside the closet of rooms for this purpose, maybe?. That is my only complaint. I will definitely be back!

I travel to Greensboro often for swim meets. This is the only place I will stay. This and the O'Henry. They are safe, conveniently located and the staff is always lovely. I love the Proximity because they have the best in room coffee ever! Speaking of rooms, they are spacious and very comfortable. Print Works Bistro is delicious for either a sit down meal or room service.

Not their fault, but the first room our neighbors were having quite a good time. Ahem. Quite a good time. Like so good I thought I was being punked. It was SO LOUD. Keep in mind Proximity has really heavy doors and concrete like walls. So it must have been one heck of a romp. Being there with my kid, I went and asked if we could switch rooms and they were immediately accommodating. I have stayed here many times and this was our first time having this happen.

I do like the comfortable King size bed and spacious rooms with it's big window. The bistro offers a variety of delicious foods and drinks.

The room interior colors seem to be all on the darker side. Makes it a bit outdated. My room was facing the parking lot, so the view could have been nicer.

The room was spacious and clean. I loved the big windows with a green view. The hotel bistro/restaurant offered a great variety of food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel, although the breakfast could have had more coffee options. I cannot think of anything negative and liked my stay.

Gorgeously done common spaces and lobby. Onsite restaurant was a welcomed addition to our stay. Rooms were clean and well stocked and the amenities in rooms were appreciated.

The room decor was questionable. The mismatch of furniture styles and linen choices did not match the common spaces. Items were clean, but seemed thrifted, and not that of a 4 star hotel.

I was here before always for a photo shoot, but I never actually stayed at the hotel so enjoying the amenities was great 

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the fact that my door kept getting knocked on in the morning by two different housekeepers. As a front desk supervisor for Marriott hotel, we don’t knock on the doors of guests until close to check out time. So I didn’t like the fact that it was knocked twice before 10 AM. 

The rooms were brights with large windows and very quiet despite being close to road. The restaurant was amazing from quick snack, to dinner, to breakfast.

Decor a bit masculine for my taste

It was a surprise gift for my sister’s birthday. From the time I entered the hotel the staff was polite and very according. That sealed the deal.
