The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. Accommodated all the needs for our trip for our NCA&TSU Homecoming. The facilities were clean with excellent fixtures. The location was a perfect spot not far from the downtown atmosphere, to which I was looking for. Great place to stay for a quick vacation!

The facility did not have a proper business center; they had only access to a printer and not a desk top screen. Bring your own lap top. With that said, the front staff were willing and able to accommodate you as needed, if you did need to send something to them and they were willing to print. Just would have preferred access to my own account through a trusted computer and not inconveniencing the front desk. But they did accommodate.

Fruendly Staff

We booked and paid for two rooms via Bookings.com Bookings.com then only paid over the funds for one room. The Hotel and myself could not get in touch with bookings.com so I had to pay the Hotel for the one room. AGAIN The Hotel was going to sort this out with Bookings.com. I also emailed Bookings.com. But no communication from neither the Hotel or Bookings.com

Great location! Covered garage, safe. Lovely room with earplugs that completely silenced the train noise. Staff helped when we had an unexpected snafu, gave us late check out and let us keep our car there as we saw some of the sights. Great restaurants close. Breakfast was crazy extensive, too.

The hotel is located directly across from the Greensboro police dept., and other city administration buildings. S p the area was clean and safe. Walked my dog around the area with no issuse.

Only stayed one night so didn't get to experience all of the hotel amenities, but what I saw looked inviting and definitely clean and well kept.

Hi! Our stay was fantastic. We were in town for a dance competition at the Theater. The hotel is perfectly located right next door. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was immaculate with a great breakfast! Can't wait to stay again next year when we compete there.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hampton Inn in Greensboro. It is located in a great area close by the Carolina Theater and good eating establishments. The breakfast was excellent and well presented. I would recommend the Hampton to anyone going into Greensboro.

The location was spot on, downtown. Walking distance to many shops, eaterys, bars, coffee shops, lounges. Almost all one could imagine, less than a 20 minute walk. The room was super nice, friendly staff and it a very relaxing vibe to it.

I would to order light snacks and drinks at the bar. I would like to charge them to my room. Hotel could Maybe host a happy hour. Ex free self serve veggies and dip or salsa and dip with cash bar. Hang for parking instead of honor system. I don’t want to be towed.

Property was very nice and clean! Perfect location for walking and enjoying Greensboro.

Manager attempted to charge me more than originally stated but did give me a refund for that amount. Breakfast was not very good at all. Didn’t eat it the second morning.

Very aesthetically pleasing and clean. Loved the full breakfast !!

The bathroom door is a sliding door and it has a large gap between the wall and the door making it hard to have a private moment if other guest are near.
