The hotel rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was decent. We didn't try the pool but it seemed like a decent size. Also it was an easy hotel to get to. Right off the highway with fast food options all around.

The front parking lot was full on the first night. Fortunately we found parking on the side. Also we arrived late so they had a security guard working the front. He seemed a little on edge for his job. You're working at a Holiday Inn, slow your roll. It's not that serious.

The location is perfect for the event we attended to. The room is clean, beds are comfortable. Especially, it is quiet and peaceful the way we wanted it. No kids or adults making noises along the hallways. The staff members are nice and friendly. Breakfast is great. My son loves to swim so the pool is a bonus. Restaurants are right next to the hotel: Kpot, Mr. Tokyo and Burger King. We will stay in this hotel again.

But there is one thing we didn’t like. We stayed on the 4th floor, the water pressure of the shower is very, very weak. I wanted a quick shower but because I have a long hair, it took me long to wash because of the weak water coming out of the shower. It was annoying.

I loved everything no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty and inviting. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the pool area and the beach chairs. The location was perfect it was only 5 minutes away from the Comedy Zone. It was worth the money I wish I was staying longer. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a nice stay at The Holiday Inn😊

Location to event. The fresh fruit for breakfast was delicious and not overripe.

The tub was clogged and didn’t want to drain. I was taking a bath with my shower! GROSS! There was long white/blonde hair on the bathroom room that was left from previous user. GROSS! The breakfast buffet was ok. It was not worth the $17. The bacon was so greasy, I had a film of grease in my mouth. It took a long time to get out. The hash brown potatoes were cold and over salted.

Room was very comfortable- especially the beds! Breakfast was good though limited in scope. The onsite restaurant for dinner was great- loved the steak salad! The staff were really friendly and helpful- especially Sarah at the front desk! The japanese restaurant just next door, Mr Tokyo, was excellent.

Great location for the Greensboro Coliseum, for UNCG graduation. A shuttle to the coliseum would have been nice. Rooms great, clean and convenient. Close to Interstate 40 and restaurants. no frills , just a quality facility

description stated complimentary breakfast, but they were charging $17, no thanks. We were inconvenienced by this, and then were out of time to get food and still make it to our event. Misleading ad for breakfast

The room was very clean and we'll put together. The bathroom was very clean too. When i checked in i saw a sign saying they had grits on the menu. I was very excited for that. Also i loved that they would have you put your car into their gated parking lot. Also there was twenty-four hours of security.

I didn't like that they would charge their guess $14.99 for breakfast. They should feed their guests for free. They charge over a hundred dollars a night for their rooms. You should at least give them free coffee. They charge for coffee too. So you can't eat or drink free. The snacks that they had on a shelf was very expensive too. Pack of M&M's were $2.00 very disappointed Holiday Inn :(

We were very enjoying everything you have. It does over what we expected. Thank you for your hard work. We will definitely come back if we have chance to come this city again.

Only one thing if you have a mat in the shower bathtub would be better. We had to put towel down to avoid the fall. Actually my husband did fall in first night because of slippery.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room and beds. We were on the 2nd floor, which I typically hate due to noise, but it was very quiet!

The inability to close the curtain on the windows. There is a shear curtain covering the whole window, but the drapes do not close, leaving no ability to keep light from street lights and surrounding businesses out.

The property was very clean. Plenty of parking and the greenery was very beautiful. The desk clerk Timothy was very friendly and Knowledgeable. He definitely deserves a raise.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Except there was no microwave in the room, but no big deal
