Not enough staff for breakfast, one poor girl trying to do all work, two others standing talking at front desk, NO adult time in pool, just for kids and pool nasty by time they all got out. Should not allow young children in hot tub at all. Should not charge cleaning fee for pets daily.. one cleaning fee sufficient…. Front desk staff unfriendly to say least.

First, let me mention that I had never heard of this brand! Secondly, I am glad that I visited! I liked Mr. Tyrone and Ms. Nicole, at the front desk! Always pleasant and personable! I rang them, three times, and each of my concerns were immediately addressed/corrected! **The 5:30 Kickback is top-notch! Good food!!! My family dined sufficiently and we (the adults) were allowed two drinks from the bar...! Kudos to Ms. M. -- tending the bar!!! Also, breakfast was absolutely delicious! Our suite was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and everyone wants to return. The children were upset that I forgot their swimwear! I promised them a NEXT TIME...so, we will be back! Thank you ALL for a wonderful experience!!! So, grateful that I took a chance!!!

I came to stay here last summer to see my neicephews at the AAU and I remember the staff. The front desk Nicole was welcoming and very nice and friendly. Bolivia was also a nice and welcoming staff. Kim at the bar was great and efficient. I got to witness the front desk handle an angry person this morning and she handled it calmly, kindly and exceptionally well. Actually everyone down to the cleaning lady I saw when I was checking out was very kind and friendly. She said one more stay and I'm family lol. I can appreciate a staff that treats you like family and I hope that means the Drury takes amazing care of the people they have.

The pool was closed and that seems to upset the man checking out but I really have no complaints.

I felt the breakfast was top notch. The choices included your general choices of eggs, turkey sausage, biscuit, gravy as well as healthier options like banana’s, apples, yogurt, cereal, and so forth. I really can not say enough about the showers having the full size toiletries instead of the little tiny bottle that never have enough shampoo to actually use. The full size bottle is tremendously a game changer. Love it. The rooms are very well clean.

There were a lot of people hanging in the parking lot. It looked like possibly construction crew but they were parking sideways taking up extra parking spaces instead of parking correctly. Also, came out next morning to load my vehicle and found where trash had been thrown on ground next to my vehicle. This seemed to only be occurring on certain sides of the hotel. I also had one man approach me in my vehicle. This was in the hotel parking lot next to the Popeyes chicken. When he finally took off, I could not catch which way he ran to because of the hedges blocking the view. I don’t think the parking lot is monitored, but it might be a good idea to consider that. Not just for your customers but also for your Employees.

The location was great! Everything you could possibly need was walking distance or nearby… grocery, restaurants, entertainment, banking, mall, Walmart, Target, and Walgreens’s pharmacy to name a few. The amenities were great…the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, free parking, the hot breakfast was great but the dinner time kickback was the deal breaker! It was delicious and one less thing to figure out where to go for dinner… each night was a different menu. Security was always visible walking the premises. Anything we needed was met with a smile. Lastly, it was a great location for taking my kiddo to college… 10 minutes away, Aggie Pride! This was our first stay at Drury and will be our new home away from home! Thanks Drury!!!

We appreciate the evening cocktail and dining options, though quality seems to vary a lot. Breakfast was also a hit, especially because there were heart healthy options, such as oatmeal, in addition to regular breakfast offerings. The rooms are also large and comfortable.

The dinner option in Greensboro was tacos, black beans, corn, and chips. Guests clearly liked it as they piled their plates full. I was ok with it, though would have appreciated salad and maybe rice to have with the beans. The dinner the next evening at the Drury in Gainesville FL was excellent, with steamed vegetables, pasta, cream sauce, baked potato, and nicely prepared chicken. All was very fresh.

This was my second stay at a Drury Inn and Suites, but in a different city. Staff is top notch- everyone goes above and beyond to make sure guests are 100% happy-from Front Desk Attendants to Food Service Staff and Servers to Maintenance Staff. To get not only a free hot breakfast buffet each morning, but a free hot dinner buffet and 2 free cocktails per adult at the "5:30pm Kickback" every evening (delicious food and great variety!) is not only unheard of anywhere else, but it's a great deal, considering the very reasonable room rates! Both locations were sparkling clean, both throughout the hotel as well as in the rooms. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and being permanently disabled, I can rarely say that! Drury Inn and Suites is now going to be my go to hotel whenever I travel. My best friend and I stayed for a Friday and Saturday night to attend a concert at the Coliseum, and the location was perfect- only 1.7 miles from the venue.

The only minor issue was a clogged sink in our room, but Maintenance came up to our room and resolved the problem immediately. 😊

Great location and close to everything, felt safe for a family clearly other families were staying there. All staff we encountered were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable as I’ve stayed in many hotels and always have a rough nights sleep so that was a plus!

My only bit of feedback is the food area could use some work. Since this is a big draw as an amenity (offering breakfast and evening snack/dinner option’s for free) there’s people constantly coming for the food so hot food would run out and the beverages would all come out as water no matter which option you chose. (And no we didn’t show up 10 minutes before closing time we showed up well before end of closing) but the food offered tasted very good.

I like the hospitality, cleaniness and how all the staff was very nice and respectful they was always helpful if you needed anything. I like how they had free hot breakfast an a hot meal at 5:30pm with free drinks and snacks as well. This place was great we enjoyed everything about it there's nothing I wouldn't say bad about this place at all. I'd come and stay here again if I ever decide to come back down this way.

There's nothing I didn't like about this place I loved everything about it.

Upon arrival, front desk was very helpful by quickly getting me settled into a very lovely room. The buffet dinner was outstanding, as well as breakfast which is all inclusive with the hotels rate. A shout-out to Mike who made the dining experience feel just like home. It's everything they say it is. Whenever I'm in North Carolina this is the hotel I'll chose.

This is a pet friendly hotel, people are bringing untrained pets to the dining area. Service Animals are to be stationed (layed down) in one area.
