The cleanness of the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly people

They canceled my booking before my arrival in 30 minutes, they faced an issue with the online payment and immediately they canceled my booking, instead of trying again within one hour they canceled it while I am on the way to the hotel. Also I blame booking.com because I sent email to the property through them before my arrival time to confirm my arrival time but they didn't forwarded it to the hotel which is caused my booking cancelation.

Welcomed right away by Kelly, who was so helpful. Very nice lobby & dining area. The room was just what we needed. Good shower and wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Very minor things - the beds were nice and high, but I had to sleep on the side by the half wall to the living room, and it was almost too tight to get in and out of bed easily. Just a tad more space would have been great

The room was spacious with a sofa, sitting area and an additional nook with the microwave, fridge and mini dresser. The dresser top can also function as a space to sit or place luggage. Very well designed. And the FREE breakfast is amazing: fresh fruit salad, oatmeal, and three to four hot dishes (eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc.). That was the biggest and best surprise.

Room was large and a very good value for the money (Winter rates I suppose). Breakfast bar offerings were very good.

Was very noisy next to interstate on-ramp. Had to run room fan all night to drown out outside noise. Ask for a room on the street side of hotel if possible. Bed pillows were on the "flat" side, would have liked thicker. Lighting in bathroom and vanity area was poor.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast—there were plenty of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

I had children that could get a little rowdy at times and I was happy to see it didn't affect anyone. The room was perfect and staff was very helpful and friendly

We got there later in the day and we were going to hit the pool the next morning and it was unexpectedly closed until we had to check out so the kids were very bummed. The toilet also was clogged within 30 minutes of being there and took a few hours and a reminder to get it fixed.

We enjoyed the comfort of safe, clean, and friendly place to get a great night's sleep.

We were located on the Hwy 40 side of the building and prior to getting to sleep heard every loud truck, motorcycle, and fire engine, We will request the other side of the hotel on our next visit. Also, the ice machine was not funtional for our floor. There were other floors where we could get ice, but too much trouble to scout them out.

The property was clean. Staff were professional, helpful, and welcoming.

Did like other customers allowing their children going into the breakfast area unsupervised, mishadling food products, sneezing, wiping their noses touching food and utensils, coughing openly. When the parent arrived the hygeine didn't improve, parents were just as bad.

The breakfast selections been better. I do not eat pork or beef and all they serve was either pork or beef. They should have a selection for people who like turkey or chicken, sausages or bacon along with the pork or beef that would be my only complaint.

It was modern and nicely decorated. The lady at the front desk help guests check in very fast. The room was cozy, spacious and really nicely decorated. We got the highest floor with a small living room. We didn’t have the chance to see the pool area as we only stayed one night. The breakfast was complimentary. Parking was at the front of the buiding
