We traveled as a family to buy a new car and needed a place to sleep before our long trip back home. The property was conveniently located near the interstate and extremely close to restaurants and stores. There was a pool which my kids were so happy about and the hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas.

The pool was a bit small but not terrible. We are a family of 5 and there were 3 other kids in the pool with all of us so it got a little tight. But nonetheless, we still had a good time swimming in December!

The breakfast was good, hot and tasty. While there wasn't much variety, the offerings were good enough to start our mornings on the right foot.

We didn't like the beds. They were soft and offered no support. Their policy was to change the towels every other day. We had to request that ours be changed daily.

great atmosphere, wonderful staff, the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve encountered. Nice, clean pool. The water pressure is excellent and the water stays consistently hot.

Parking in the evening isn’t monitored as we were lead to believe, and someone parking a U-Haul taking up 6 spots. We had to park in the very back which isn’t safe for two women traveling. The nice gentleman at the front desk seemed uneasy about it as well but said that there was nothing that they could do. for the safety of guests, parking needs to be monitored.

The area was descent. I like that there were several restaurants in the area to choose from. I like that this hotel had enough beds for my larger than average sized family. Wasn't a horrible stay.

Could tell the place is dated. The bathrooms need an exhaust vent badly! The steam has rusted all metal items in the bathroom. There is probably some mold behind some items as a result. It made our bathing experiences not as pleasant as they could be. Taking showers back to back after someone had gone in front of everyone made it too stuffy, clothes were damp from all of the steam, and fixtures were dripping water.

The entire staff was fantastic. The food was delicious. Cocktails 🍸 were very tasty and not watered down. My room was clean, and the building smelled good.

I ask the desk clerk to enter my rewards number He said ok and kinda just blew me off I checked the next morning and found that he in fact did not enter my number in Now I have to wonder if this is a pattern

booking.com only booked one room for me instead of the 2 i paid them for, hotel made me pay for second room again when i checked in, trying to get refund from booking.com and booking and the hotel are pointing fingers at each other, still haven't been reimbursed after paying for the same room twice. will not be staying at Hilton or using Booking.com until resolved if ever.

My room was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I thought my breakfast was included in the price. I probably would not have booked at the price.

The property was in a great location. The property was also very clean.

Everything was great, no issues at all.

I really liked the staff they were very friendly and accommodating. There were restaurants everywhere I looked from the parking lot didn't have to go far at all to eat. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious!!

The pool was a little small but there's a huge water park just a few miles away so that worked out .
