6 minutes away from the coliseum on the interstate!!!!! very clean everywhere!!! Even the hallways smelled so nice. I traveled from 4 hours away and this hotel went above and beyond for the price it was. The included breakfast was amazing. So many choices for breakfast it was very impressive. The staff was so nice!

The only thing I thought was odd is that they don’t accept chime as a form of payment or to put a card on the account for damages. I’m glad I had another card other than my chime card.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and the room offered ample space for our group (4 adults, 2 kids). I have to give props to the front desk staff. When we went to leave in the morning our car battery was dead. Several staff worked to not only find jumper cables put offered their personal vehicle for a jump. Greatly appreciate the generosity!

We could hear noise from the hallway (people talking, running etc) and while it went on most of the night, it wasnt excessive.

Missed Breakfast

We were sent to another Hotel because this one over booked. We booked this Hotel to be near the Coliseum for a concert and were moved 12 miles by the airport! This disrupted our relaxing time before the concert. And because the Hotel we were moved to was so far away, we didn't have a chance to eat dinner! By the time we were parked and inside the concert was ready to start. We had to find a place to eat after the concert. We live 3.5 hours from the concert and had plenty of time for what we thought was going to happen until we reached the Hotel and realized everything had changed! Not Happy customers!Except

Coffee after hours!

For a 100% non-smoking motel, someone on the 3rd floor was smoking marijuana and it permeated the whole floor! Even though there was a posted sign warning of a $250 fine for violators, I doubt any warning or fine was imposed. The smell never dissipated.

The location for the Chris Stapleton show wensday was phenomenal and plenty of restaurants to satisfy your hunger

The pillows were not so comfy and there was a annoying beeping sound in our room that was continually went off

The breakfast was about normal although the lady that kept up with the buffet was extremely friendly and pleasant. I also like the lady at the front desk in the evening, maybe her name is Jill, either way she was very nice. Both a great asset to this hotel. Hotel looks like it is brand new!

Nothing.

Lexi the who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and very comfortable. When we checked out the lady was very friendly as well as the cleaning staff coming in for work.

The location was a little difficult to maneuver

I like that it was close to the school I was attending for orientation and it was a lot of space and clean.

There wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like about this property.

Our room was comfortable for my family size of 6. We enjoyed the space. Staff was friendly.

When we arrived in the room the towels in the bathroom was dirty. One look like someone washed and left it on the shower curtain.

How everytime I stay at any Marriott I am confident that the bed will be soft, I will have great service, and enjoy my stay.
