Sunday morning staff was not acommdating. My grand daughter cannot eat chocolate at 9:20 I did not see anyone at the front desk to ask.. I went into the staff workroom to ask for a different flavor muffin. It still took staff mins to respond. Staff stated it could not be done due to breakfast being over. Had staff been available at 9:20 breakfast would not have been over. Documentation stated 9:30. And they had not closed the area. Instead if staff whispering they could have allowed my grandaughter to have a different flavor muffin. I thought that was rude of staff. I did pay to stay at this location an entire weekend.

Friendly nice staffs, bathroom always clean.

Noises. The time I stayed here, high school or college kids were staying for game or something, and they were creating significant noises until 11pm. Slamming doors and banging stuffs continuously that was very stressful. I strongly recommend to hotel that group of kids must be checked-in the first floor so that hotel staff can monitor their behavior.

Was clean and quite.

Wish there had been a pool but I knew there wasn't when I booked. Someone was smoking weed or had something super stinky in their baggage. 🤣You could smell it in the hall on Friday evening. However I didn't smell it again and I was able to come up with a clever answer for my son who asked what that smell was. I won't fault the hotel for what 1 guest was up to and I personally don't care about weed but my kids know nothing about it. 🤷‍♀️ Also the listing said 2 queen size beds and they were actually full sized. Not a big deal as we ended up only needing 1 bed anyhow. It was originally going to be myself husband and both kids. However it ended up just being myself and my 7yo. He just slept in the bed with me even though he could of had a whole bed. . 🤣

The room is very clean in general. You can checkout at 12pm. The bed is large and comfortable with clean sheets. The room is big. The desk provided is good for getting some work done. The price is good.

The area around shower drain has a bit of dirt. The breakfast is very basic. The location is a bit far from city center.

Breakfast was adequate. It was 100 for one night so pretty decent! You got choices of breakfast such as cereal, one fruit, coffe or juice, bagels but if you weren't interested there were alot of restaurants nearby

There was hair in our shower obviously from previous guest

The breakfast was very basic. One step above a continental breakfast. Required $100 security deposit. I got it back within a few days of my stay but still.

The staff was very polite and helpful,loved the van that picked us up and drove us to concert I was stressing on having to drive my car to the show

We wasn’t able to get breakfast because we overslept. I wish the beds was a little softer and I requested for a king bed and was emailed and was told that it could be accommodated But it wasn’t and I was too tired to question the issue.

The hard beds

The breakfast was minimal. The coffee was fine, but the food selection was minimal.

I told the staff we didn't need clean sheets, but Iwas surprised the room was not cleaned, the trash not emptied, and the bed not made

Day manager was very friendly and helpful. Provided assistance when needed. Good location for travel to and from eateries and the universities.

2nd shift clerk was very unfriendly and unwilling to be assistive. Did not or unwilling to provide assistance with Sleep Inn product or services.
