Check in and check out was seamless and fast. Bar was nice, food was great. I can tell this is an older hotel and is as decent as you can expect for a older hotel. I loved the free parking, the lobby area, the computerized elevator. I felt safe, it was clean. I would like to try a suite, balcony, or bigger space room in the future. Customer service was pretty good.

My toilet would not stop running and then at one point would not flush thought it might overflow at one point. The telephone in the room did not work. I can tell this is an older hotel and is as decent as you can expect for a older hotel. The cooling system/heating system is loud. I cant sleep well when the system is not quiet. The pool area is kinda small for such a huge hotel, no jacuzzi, ants were all over the chairs outside. Which got all over my stuff and then traveled up to my room with me.

The location of hotel was just minutes from our friend's home. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel had many amenities that we didn't use or have time to enjoy.

The ventilation in the bathroom was nonexistent. No fans to help clear the mirror after a shower and it made the floor slippery. I found the bed to be very uncomfortably hard and sagged where everyone sits on the edge of the bed. Only one of the three elevators were working. This was painful due to the hotel being full of AAU track and field young athletes and everyone having to be somewhere on time.

The location

Open till my check out, everything was top-tier, but after I checked out and was going to exit, the revolving doors were not working, and there were about four Bellman standing off to the side they pointed to me and said the revolving door does not work you’ll have to go out the front door. my arms and hands were full, so trying to navigate opening. The manual door was very difficult and not one of the Bellman that was standing there came to assist in holding the door open for me. They just stood back and continue to have their conversation that was disappointing based on the A1 service I had received from the time I checked in

The hotel is in a good location. one of the largest hotel lobby area among the region. The receptionist is efficient. The room is really nice in design and great space. There's few dining options on site and some cafe and small stores. Swimming pool is cool (heated pool during winter period) Several entrances to the hotel (need to remember your own location) Special and fun elevator control panel. The public restroom located in lobby is beautiful. (marble and sparkling bright and clean)

The location was perfect. Super close to an Arcade (Directly behind the hotel), and shopping mall. Several restaurants were within a 1/2 mile of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and took very good care of us. There are a couple of restaurants on site, but we weren't able to try them during this trip.

Personal preference, but I wish the AC fan was a bit louder. I like a bit of white noise when I sleep, and the AC fan just wasn't quite loud enough for me.

Location and cleanliness of room

Selected this hotel due to it saying there was a restaurant on site. Called in advance to make sure dinner was available since we were driving quite a distance and preferred not to stop on way to eat (it was Thanksgiving week). Once we arrived and went down to eat, we were told that restaurant was closed for weekend due to renovations and only the bar was available. Just a few fried items on menu. Other guests were also at bar and were misinformed. Next morning went down to gift shop to pick up something and sign said it was under renovation for the whole weekend. Been in hospitality for years and think maybe you were just short staffed due to it being a holiday weekend?

Everything was excellent, I probably won't ever stay anywhere else but a Sheraton from now on. The staff was so nice from check-in, room service, doormen, etc. The only reason I gave it a 9 is because it looked like part of the ceiling in the hallway had a hole in it and there were fans trying to dry water on the carpet. Other than that I enjoyed my time.

I liked the location being next to the mall, the pool is amazing, the rooms were very nice and the coffee shop was great.

No complementary breakfast and no microwave in the room but a mini fridge. We had left overs from lunch but couldn’t heat them up.

Clean and convenient location to a convention we were attending in the hotel

I had an issue checking in...reception desk clerk couldn't find my reservation with my confirmation number eventhough i had prepaid for my room. Before making another reservation, my husband checked with a different clerk and found out that reservation was listed under my middlename attached to my last name. Original clerk just told me that there was no reservation, she didn't state that there was a reservation but under a different name. I gave her my printed information which would have shown my full name after she told me i had no reservation. That was the only hiccup of my stay at the hotel

I love staying at Greensboro Sheraton. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. The people are friendly. Parking is plentiful and I didn’t have and worries about my car being broken in. It was just a great stay.

No pool…the food costs and arm and leg…and the price, but I understand the price being what it was. Same for the food.
