Breakfast was good only wished that it didn't end at 9:30. Some of us are late risers.

I had booked my room a month in advance and when I arrived they had given my room to someone else so my family of four had to stay in a king room which wasn't awful but not what I reserved. We switched rooms the next day but then the beds were so uncomfortable and after being told our stuff would be in our room when we came back we had to retrieve our luggage. I didn't like that since my belongs are left unattended in the conference room. I could've been comp a night for the inconvenience.

I liked the fact that it was not the same Ole same Ole hotel breakfast, that you find most of the time. You had a large choice of foods and the area was VERY clean. I mean I had biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon, don't remember the last time I had that staying at a hotel. Tasted great as well! I hope the cook is getting top pay is all I can say there. Staff was great and very helpful and nice! The room I stayed in was very large and roomy, very clean, and comfy! Nice coffee maker in the room with different choices of coffee and tea! Just a great spot to relax! I would recommend this place before any other! Definitely 10 out of 10 🥰😁😎💞💯

Wish I knew about the room service. I had no idea that someone was going to be in my room when I was gone. Thought room Service came in if you stayed longer then 3 or 4 days and requested it. I was only there for 2 nights. Someone came into my room the next day while I stepped out. Just a heads up would had been nice is all!

I like that the front desk manager ❤️❤️❤️was 💯%amazingly nice she went overboard to make sure I was comfortable. I love the room and bed I got the best sleep that I've had in so long. My king suite was amazing and I will return to book again... The front manager made the hotel feel like a home instead of a room. Her service is one of the main reasons I'll be back she was excellent best I've ever had.

I loved everything I have no complaints honestly.

We certainly enjoyed the staff especially Mary at the front desk! She was very compassionate, accommodating, and resourceful! And we love the cleanliness of the place and the greeting with the freshly baked cookies was a plus!

The only problem we had were with the televisions and two of the rooms so we ended up moving to a third room because one of the televisions did not come on and the second television was programmed to someone else's account and we could not get it to work but the third room was just as charming and had no issues at all it was a great stay, and very comfortable and thank God for Mary at the front desk who came to our rescue all three times! She is a great asset to your hotel and a blessing as well as a smiling face to all of those entering the doors!

The location was okay. There weren't many nearby food locations. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The breakfast was decent.

The breakfast could have had more options. I LOVE grits with shredded cheese in the morning, that was missing from the breakfast menu. Based on the pictures, I thought it would have been a luxury hotel, but once I arrived, I could tell the hotel was old and had been upgraded.

Very friendly staff. Text messages from reception when there were free cookies available. Good location - lots of choices of nearby restaurants. Well stocked shop in lobby with snacks. Good sized desk for working at. Fridge and microwave in room

Room was very dim - with limited lighting. No shuttle bus available to pick up from Airport. Breakfast had quite a lot of high sugar items. No much fresh fruit. My room overlooked dunkin' donut drive through! A hedge would be good idea.

The rooms were very clean, the quality for the price we paid was incredible. There's the largest flat screens I've seen in a hotel room ever! The AC kept the room cool, and the beds were nearly made. They even made the toilet paper and towels look cute. The breakfast was very good as well, they had a full buffet with the typical waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal and more! In the late afternoon they offer complimentary cookies. They offered early check in and late check out for less than $10 each. Provided toiletries. The housekeeper and general manager Patel was very sweet and patient. We came to watch a play at UNCG and 100% always going to choose here to stay.

I wish there was more lighting, that's all.

It wasn’t fancy, but they did nice touches that made the place feel like it should’ve cost more: decorations, free fresh baked cookies, CLEAN, towel art, and they even folded the toilet paper to look like a flower. Did I mention clean?!! Super friendly staff. I was definitely not expecting this service at this price range. Great.

The mattress wasn’t comfy and I would not say it was the quietest. Overall, not bad. Just ask to be away from the elevator.

The property’s staff was amazing and so courteous to me. The establishment was nice and clean as always. I had stayed here a week or so prior and was greeted with warm welcome by the staff. I thought my check out time was at 3pm as I added it on as an update but it was actually for 2pm and they were very understanding and so kind to me. I will recommend them to whoever asks and will definitely continue booking with them.

There was nothing about them that I did not like.

Price, wanted a double queen was sold out, a little confusion with 3rd party booking site and even tho I asked for a late check out, someone came knocking on our door asking us if we were still there when I had called the night before to request the late check out. Other than that I/we will be back we like the facility overall.
