I like the comfortable beds and the swimming pool

I didn't like the fact that I booked in as a family meaning there would be two adults and one child nine years of age and they only provide two dry towels and two wash clothes per room and then they don't provide extra towels for the pool. I had a housekeeper approach me telling me I wasn't supposed to ask for the three extra dry towels for the pool and it just seemed unnecessary when I was heading to the pool and she knew how many towels was provided seeing as thought she was the one to take it upon herself to let me know I wasn't supposed to have those extra towels.. so just know if you book with them bring extra towels.

No roaches-No bedbugs- no druggies.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Ms Judy at the front desk..she was the sweetest. There was a younger girl there on saturday afternoon- I just didnt catch her name- she was great too! Only complaint was i think our bed was broken lol it was sleepable just thought if we moved too quick we may end up in the floor 😂

The bed was broke and the AC acted up but Ms Judy walked me thru how to fix it lol

The staff was wonderful.

Small things. There were no Kleenex in the room. There was no hair dryer. The HVAC made a clicking sound which was annoying. When we went to bed, we turned it off. The good side was that with the perfect temperature outside the room was comfortable. Two of the three lamps did not work, but after replacing the bulbs everything was fine. All in all, we would stay here again.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and professional. I want to say a special Thank you to Kim. During my stay eating breakfast, I enjoyed talking to Kim, she is a very sweet and kind lady. Thanks again for your great service. I really appreciate it. Sometimes it is hard to get great customer service nowadays. I wanted to make sure I left a review.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and inviting, as was the room and the bathroom. The location was close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown and shopping.

The bed was a little creaky; the property is old but not too shabby. Sometimes I heard planes but that's par for the course to be so close to the airport. The breakfast did not much protein choice--only hard boiled eggs, but was otherwise ample.

Room was clean and updated. This time of year there are stink bugs and the front desk sent the best employee, Tyrell(forgive me if that isn’t how you spell it or if I got the name wrong) to handle the problem. This young man got the job done and brought more towels and we chatted about bubble tea!

It’s right next to a “club” on a Saturday night you don’t have to pay admission to enjoy the music

The room was great, furniture needed to be up dated, the toilet handle was broke but still useable, room was very clean and was happy with my stay

The Breakfast was not traditional , but @ the same time it decent & also saved me Money . The staff displayed impeccable service to accommodate me & catered to all my needs ( within Reason ) .

Homeless man sleeping in the laundry room , I called the local police to have him removed from the Property ..

Location, safety, and price. The room itself was not bad based on the price charged.

The detergent used to wash the towels are pretty strong like vinegar. But overall, the towels were cleaned. I gotta fight a fly. But I won. Overall, not bad. Very economical.
