We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Red Roof Inn and truly felt at home, thanks to the amazing hospitality of Robin Shay! We were given Room #154 — a very quiet and comfortable room, perfect for relaxing after long days at the High Point Market. First night, quite late, we asked Robin for a coffee maker, iron, and ironing board as from next day we had to start our meetings at highpoint and to our surprise, she provided brand new, sealed pieces along with complimentary bottled waters everyday and a generous bunch of coffee pouches. Her kindness and readiness to help, no matter the hour, truly touched us. Robin is a gem always welcoming, supportive, and full of positive energy. The location of the hotel is also ideal — just a short walk to Agni Indian Restaurant, one of the best in town. Highly recommend this Red Roof Inn for anyone visiting Greensboro. If you want comfort, warmth, and real hospitality, this is the place!

Robin the manager was excellent. She was courteous, polite, efficient, and professional. She was a wealth of information about the workings of the hotel and anticipated my questions and answered them. That you Robin for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

I was greater very warmly by the Gm, my room was cozy and cool. I had my privacy. Couldn’t ask for more

The tv, fridge, and microwave were unplugged meaning I had to get behind furniture. And all three couldn’t be running at once

The decor and set up of the room was very nice and inviting. We loved the large desk area. We booked a smoking room but we appreciated the fact that it didn't smell "stale" when we came in like some places.

If I had to dig deep and find a problem, I'd say the water pressure in the shower could've been better.. otherwise we loved everything about the place.

The room were very clean. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so polite and helpful. I have never stayed at in other red roof but this one by Greensboro airport is one of my favorites.

Close to interstate and easy to get to everything. Robin at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond!!! Thank you Robin!!!!!!!!

It was out of the way a couple of restaurants in the area and close to the highway

They didn't sweep on my the floor or behind the TV stand or the lamp stands the tub had a slow drain water stood on over top of your feet around your ankles

This area is near everything. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It's quiet and serene.

The ice machine wasn't working but the fridge kept a bag of ice frozen without melting for 3 days... so there was an up side to that.

Room was clean. The best price on Booking.com No problems experienced.

I had a second floor room but there was no elevator. Very tough to carry lots of luggage. If I stay again, I will get a first floor room. Stayed 3 nights and there was no room cleaning the entire time.

late check out only 30 min and the person knocking opened the door without waiting for a response or making it clear they couldn't hear.
