The staff was absolutely incredible, super kind and helpful, and actually worked with us when we had a few things we needed. It was very delicious breakfast, and a lot of options. And the room itself was absolutely exceptional, the only thing that was a little off was the sticky of the bathtub.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, the facility itself was perfectly fine. Like I said previously, the sticky bathtub was the only thing that was concerning. I had to put towels down because I didn’t know what it was in the bottom of the tub. Other than that, I mean everything was fine. I’m in the pool was extremely crowded but I mean it was kids having fun so it wasn’t even a issue.

The bed was very comfy and the accommodations were good for a one night stay! The staff were very friendly as well. The breakfast was also good. It was a simple continental breakfast but it was prepared very well.

If I had to pick one thing it would be not being allowed to wait in lobby before check in. I arrived early due to traveling from a work trip & was told I wasn't allowed to hang out in the lobby. I was politely asked to leave and come back but I traveled by Uber & couldn't make additional accommodations. I would recommend for everyone to arrive by the 4pm check in time recommended instead of arriving early ❤️

This is our third time at this hotel and we love it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I especially like to commend Heather at the front desk in the mornings and Rosemary who runs the breakfast. It is an older hotel but everything is well kept and maintenance. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast has waffles and eggs for hot foods, and assortment of breads and cereals. The pool area is big and during the day, almost cheerful. Again, things are definitely dated but, for the price, we still feel like we're getting more than what we paid for.

The dryer machine was broken on a trip that I happen to need it the most. 😑 My room did smell like cigarettes. Not a super strong odor and not their fault. A guest before us didn't follow the rules. It didn't bother us that much and we even forgot to let the front desk know.

Staff was very friendly, Rosemary in the breakfast area was SUPERB!! Such a welcoming presense, she really made our stay worthwhile! Everything was fresh and delicious, fully stocked, and she was always available to lend a helping hand. Rosemary really loves her job and deserves every good thing that comes her way. She would be the main reason we come back!

A few dead flies in our room. The hallway smelled of weed at times. Would be ideal of the bathroom fan had a separate switch from the light as not to wake other people at night.

The price. You got good quality for your money. And the staff was accommodating.

If you're staying for 2 days they should be willing to give you more tiles and rags. when I went and asked them for some the next day they really didn't want to, but they did it anyway I didn't like that I had to get bothered with just to get some more rags and towels for a 2-day stay.

Great Customer Service throughout. I also liked that the pool was indoors and it rained a lot so the pool was able to stay open the whole time.

The breakfast time was okay but didn’t have the best options. There was NO MEATS! I suggest to the hotel to add a few variations of meats (sausage&bacon) some grits and have some cheese available for people who likes cheese in there eggs.

The staff were friendly and still professional. They went out of their way to check in on us as we came in late one night and see if we were ok. We were hot, sweaty and tired from helping our daughter and her family move out of a 3rd story apartment. We definitely appreciated the concern!

We only had one tiny problem. We had moved the coffee pot into the bathroom and plugged it into the outlet above the hairdryer. It wasn't working. Since it was 9:45 on a Sunday, I went to see if there was still coffee left in the breakfast area. Miss Rosemary was a breath of friendly helpfulness! She showed me where the coffee was and let me know that there was always more available! Btw, it turned out it was the outlet and not the coffee maker in the end!

The desk staff is AWESOME!!!!! The morning staff that dose breakfast on Monday sucks.. she won't cook any more food cause it was only 45 minutes s left for breakfast.. but on Saturday and SUNDAY they went the extra mile for us. But Monday nope. Barely any food out their....

Great location, room was nice except still has carpet. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. The Caroline Diner was really great just down the road. Food was excellent and staff very friendly.

Just my opinion on carpet, personally I don't like carpet. Most hotels and motel's are removing it which is great 👍.

We were in town to see a show at the Greensboro Coliseum and the hotel was a short and easy drive to the show. The parking lot was large and easy to park and check in was seamless. We were given a room close to the lobby which met all our needs. Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet given the location off the highway.
