The price in the location was very nice rooms were clean everything had no problem with that

I called to extend my room for another day I was told that it was okay then when I got there they told that my room was not available now and when I called the manager to speak about it he hung up in my face and would not receive my calls when I called back to ask for a regional or a manager of somebody above him I was told that they did not have the number and they would not give it out to me

I Like the fact it was quiet the surrounding was clean,I really Loved everything not much negative I can say everything was Great Thank You so much if my kids was Happy an Comfortable I'm Happy for sure!!

The Air Condition an the way it was in the wall could use an update or remodel around it. An the fact that some Guest they had staying there took Advantage of the outside lounge area to the point I don't think it was fare they left the amount of Trash they left overloaded the Trash can nore took in consideration of the other Guest who may wanted to relax an lounge around because they also did stay out there for a long period of time.

Was told they revamped the hotel. The room was perfect! Loved the bathroom! Got the kitchenette. Fridge, microwave,stove top everything you’d need for an extended stay. You could almost move in there 😊

It felt very homey and peaceful me and my girlfriend really enjoyed it we even booked an extra night it has a stove very convenient

At first it made you feel iffy but was worth the stay and going up to the 3 floors

The room was spacious and clean.

They could use some better maintenance. Lights were burned out and it took 2 days for them to change the bulbs. There was a well marked "breakfast room" that had nothing but coffee available. Kitchenette was undersupplied with glasses and silverware.

Everything about the staff, room, location!!

The vending machines were down during my stay. I got really hungry about 1 AM and went to get some snacks from vending machines. Young lady at desk advised the machines would not be available until Monday. (I went to machine about 1 AM Sunday morning).

The coffee was great, and the staff were very helpful and understanding when I needed assistance. They also helped call a few places when my phone was out of service and booked a taxi to the airport when I couldn't.

Honestly, no complaints from me. The room was spacious, the only thing I found weird was the bathroom light flickered a few times before turning on fully. It also made flickering noises when turning on.

I like that it had a place to cook. Wish it had a small oven but what I had I made do.

I didn’t like the elevator always was nasty and sticky.

I was traveling with food so the kitchenette was a plus and the lack of breakfast was not a problem. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Excellent soundproofing in the room.

Cracks in the parking lot asphalt and stains on the hallway carpet were signs that the facility is aging but I saved money not having to eat out.

Spacious and clean. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

There was no fan in the bathroom. Always a good idea when multiple people share one bathroom
