Staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast was fine. I used it both mornings. We used the pool too.

The room next door had guests who played their music extremely loud both evenings and middle of the night. Thankfully the staff did address it with success after I notified management.

The rooms are always clean when I stay here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. All in all it's always a nice experience here. The location is perfect for me, too.

I don't particularly appreciate it when people smoke right next to the entrance of the hotel - I think you don't have a sign up there. Maybe that's something to consider (some hotels have a sign asking people not to smoke near the entrance). I normally don't have breakfast in hotels but I do have coffee and that was not refilled in the morning.

The wonderful lady at front desk was friendly and had a fabulous conversation. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and inviting.

The refrigerator needs to be fixed, it works but would move when u open and close the door.

The only negative was that there were kids above me in their room and the noise was sometimes a lot from their room.

I don’t like that you have to bring your own towels from home because they won’t accommodate you for more.

From walking in the door checking in to leaving and checking out, the staff was way beyond nice. Very friendly and helpful! The hotel down to the room was very nice and clean.

Grab and go breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious.

The only breakfast drinks offered were coffee and tea. Milk and juice would be nice and appreciated. Also more pillows on the bed would be nice. At least four pillows would be good, not just three. My husband and I both like to sleep with two pillows. And I understand this is out of your control, but we had guests next to us and upstairs from us that were quite noisy at all hours ☹️

I like everything but the carpet. The carpet smell like feet and dentures 🤔💪
